On the 4th of August i placed an order on the Pick n pay asap app for a microwave and a plasic cover that you put on top of your food when you warm your food.The microwave dis not show out of stock so i selected it.When the order was delivered i only got the plastic food cover but no microwave and was vharge r35 delivery fee and that plastic thing cost 19.99 so who in there right mind would buy for delivery that cost more than the item
Yesterday 25th Of June 2025 I ordered 4 items on the Pick n Pay app and then the driver came to my street not knowing where my house was, as I explained he got agitated and at times refused to answer my calls. My parcel was never delivered, and I called the customer care center even got a reference number and an email which stated that my call was closed. I again called the driver, and he mentioned he left my packet at the store in Promenade MPLain and yet no parcel was delivered.
I had the most horrible experience at this hospital.When I tried to get the attention of the hospital manager he gave me the runaround forn3 days when I eventually saw him 20 minutes post my back procedure no wheelchair to escort me I had to wlakntonhis office like a Spiderman hanging onto the walls.this hospital is so under staffed and yet he assured me it is not the case when I made an example he denied it.The Male nurse Mila even write in my file I had a meals orally on the daybif my procedure when I did not even eat.the lady next to me vomited 6 times and I had to assist her.I had to call in the Night head matron for assistance as it looked more that the night staff was taking better care of the patients.I also want to bring under your attention if it was not for Dr Atwaru and Dr Petersen and their awesome service ai would have transfered myself.Dr Petersen even called the hospital manager in my room to ask what can be done as ai want to transfer to another hospital and his response was the relationship is already broken.The hospital manager and the case manager caused me so much stress that my BP levels were high at times.This is the second tome I am at this hospital and Sis Wendy assured me that this is not there level of care.I felt as if I was human traffic as at times I did not get my meds on time from Male Nurse Mila and I shows Dr Atwaru and sister Van Wyk.Sister van wyk,sister Nosi and sister Zonda tried there best to remedy the situation but if the top is rotten the bottom gets affected until today no apology received from management in a formal letter or anything.i was even discharged according the case manager even though the hospital never knew about it came in mt room and even insulted the patience next to me for asking questions.I had acupuncture and a facet blocks plus some pain intervention which Inwas not ready to leave but the case Manger insisted my time was up
I am very dissapointed with bonitas medical aid.I have always been impressed with their services but i am now very frustrated as I just cannit seem to get a hospital account paid
On the 20th of December 2023 I bought 20 packets of various Simba chips from Cape Gate Makro for the holiday season and opened them in the holidays to enjoy.Upon opening them I found 10 packets that was not fresh and pack them in a bag and waited for Simba to reopen in January 2024 as I was not going to go back to the store and be so referred to Simba.I called the Hot Line as stated on the package and was given a reference number and was told to whatsap pictures which I did.I took photos of all the items and even emailed them a follow-up.I never received feedback so after a bit I called the holiness again and was asked if I received the outcome letter and I indicated no as I did nit receive any written correspondence from them.I was then told that the matter will be escalated.A few months passed as then I contacted them via Facebook as an saw them post their delicious chips and commented that I am still waiting on feedback,I even emailed the correspondence and today received a phone call asking for the til slip of my purchases which I submitted via email as Makro assisted me via there call centre.I then received another call 8ngorming me they only found certain pictures.I again told them I don't have the pictures I sent to them and found this unacceptable since they first stated they only saw one complained for a chutney Simba product but then changed the story to finding a picture of a Caribbean flavour and not the rest.I then advised the lady to go and check all the recordings of my conversations and she told me that an outcome will be again emailed to me as before within 72 hours.I then stated that I did not get any correspondence previously and she insisted I did.I just feel this type of behavior us unacceptable is not about the chips is about the quality of the product.
Good Day i am not happy with services received from Zest Life as no one could find my application form for my claims which I emailed on the 6th of May 2024. This is the second time I am claiming, and the service is just getting worst.
I had a procedure on the 1st of February 2024 and had to pay a copayment which the hospital also paid now my co-payment needs to be refunded and every time ai call there is stories.It looks as if the finance department is playing the fool.They were very quick to ask for the co-payment on the day of the procedure the nurse even wanted me to leave the room before my lift arrived.I will never ever go there again.
I went to Game stores to purchase an iron and when I got to the door the security refused me.entrance as she felt like I was late.i asked to speak to the manager as I wanted to explain that I had a back surgery and hence I was walking slowly to get to the store.while speaking to the security ladies I calmly asked for the manager and the security lady refuse.i then proceeded to lightly tap on the door and again asked for the Manger which again she refused and them responded she is going to call the manager which she left for a second and came back telling me I have to call the store via telephone I then asked her if I can Come into the store and she closed the door I then politely asked her what her me was as I explained she does not work for game but the security company and then she pushed me away from the door bearing in mind I had a back procedure on Thursday and proceeded to closed the door in my face.in the interim a game employee came passed and I explained and he allowed me.in I am livid as I could have hurt myself and who was going to cover the costs.i proceeded yo ask gor the manager and with the red hair and she said she was buy with a customer I then went to customer service which pointed me into the direction of another person who took me details.im utterly disgusted in the whole situation as I was not well.and another human being had the guts to push me
I was admitted as an out patient on the 1st of February 2024 and had to pay a copayment which the medical aid also paid.Now that I need my money refunded I get all kinds of stories.From the day I was there gor my procedure the nurse wanted me to leave the room as she stated I can go wait for my husband down stairs
I have submitted my claim documents for two claims on the 1st of March 2024 which one was paid out after numerous calls.the other claim I have no idea what is happening,I called on numerous occasions and was told some document was outstanding which I emailed twice to say that the Mortons and Partners co payment was not paid upfront as I did not have money at the time when I was hospitalized and up until today I am still waiting for communication if my claim has been paid.I have called numerous times and was explained it's in process but how long must I still wait.the doctor's keep calling me and yet I don't have an answer for them but they can send you an email about not paying the installment as I am not happy currently with the services.
