They sell you a 3 month access to a programme but actually they set you up as a subscription. Without any warning payments for 'subscription' goes off while you were under the impression that it is a 3 month course that you entered. Very sneaky and it shows they do not have trust in their products because they need to catch you in a lie
I cancelled my contract on the 5th of January 2021 and pay the 2 month cancellation fee. The branch did not make a note of cancellation so now I can not get rid of the debit order. I went in to the Watermeyer branch where I was a member and they are just denying that the contract was cancelled. Their admin is not up to date and they just deny their responsibility
I requested a report on a property sold in my area. I paid the required amount and I have not received it despite my e-mail requesting an answer on when can I expect the report
After reading all the bad reviews I must give them the credit they deserve. I ordered shower door wheels (nowhere else in SA available) from them on 31 January 2020, and made full payment. Initially I did not get a tracking number but after mailing them they sent a tracking number. Whithin a week I had my package but it was the wrong wheels. I contacted them and they arrange for collection. This morning I received my correct wheels. Sorry for all the bad experiences but I must leave this positive experience!
8 Months after being admitted to the ER at Life Groenkloof, I suddenly receive an account from Vermaak & Partners. 3 days after making payment and sending proof of payment to ********** I still receive accounts. What will it take for the accounts Department to do their job?
Our Telkom land line and wi-fi was dead on the 11th of July 2015. We reported it and they fixed it after 5 days. We had service for two days when the line went down again. We have reported it on the 22nd of July and is still waiting for a technician. We have phoned twice to follow up and they keep on 'escalating' the matter - unfortunately we have to pay after weeks of no service
My initial report was of bad services (or no service) but after Corne took over management he made good on the promises, delivered as promised and walked the extra mile. Thank you Corne
