I took in my car for repairs at VW The Glen last Wednesday 09/09, till to date I don't have the car back and no one bothers to give me feedback on the status of the car.The last time I got un-forced feedback from the service advisor (Luanda Hendricks) was on the same day when she sent me a quotation. Since then I have to phone her for progress and updates and even with my efforts, she doesn't return my calls and I do leave messages for her. I was supposed to get the car back on Friday as per her last email after I queried, that still hasn't happened and I am still in the dark because I haven't contacted today. When I took my car for service last year 20 September 2019, I alerted the same lady that there were bolts and nuts missing from the car and I got to learn about it because I took the car for alignment after the service so the guy that was doing alignment on my car told me that there are bolts missing. I called Luanda and as usual, she was busy on another call, I then sent an email, she never bothered to respond. I hope VW teaches her customer service because they have just lost a loyal customer. I was ready to do business with them this year again but that won't happen anymore because of her poor service and inability to give customers proper service. I hope my car come back I a good condition for her sake.
I spent an hour at Checkers Glenvista shopping Centre for a computicket refund, I still left without help because they don't have a phone close-by to process refunds. The refund is for a concert that was postponed and now I'm battling to get my money back. I was eventually told to leave my number and they will call me back.
I bought cupboards in June this year and installation is still not complete. I called numerous times and all I get is empty promises.
Good day<br> <br> I believe African bank took advantage out of my retrenchment ordeal.<br> I applied for insurance claims from the insurance I have been paying for years since I took up a loan and credit card I had with them, i submitted all the documents they required and they promised to pay for a year, I later catches in on my severance package and paid off out of uninformed decision.<br> I want them to pay back my money as the money was paid by mysel and the insurance i believe and they are ignoring my emails.
