I've been using Dial a Nerd for all my computer needs for about 20 years. That includes supplying new computers and solving problems. Their servicer has always been top class and professional, including punctuality with appointments. Last week their engineer Reinhard replaced my old computer and installed a new one. Once more the service was perfect.
I've had a most positive experience of Absa during the past two weeks. My cards were ****med with a new **** during which somebody who purports to be from Absa's ***** department and during a long conversation to "save" your money, actually de*****s you. Shortly afterwards I realised I've been duped and phoned the ***** department, where my call was taken immediately by a most competent person who immediately cancelled all my cards. My new cards were at my branch within two business days. At the branch I was helped to change my passwords and pins and to open my app and internet access again. Within 7 days all of the more or less 20 transactions were overturned and my money was back. Within a week I was contacted by an efficient investigator. During all this I was very impressed by Absa's staff, their effeciency and attitude. What was initially a most unpleasant experience turned into a very pleasant banking experience. Thanks to the ***** department, Randpark Ridge Absa branch and the card department.
For many years now I only went near Game, any branch, if there was no other choice. Service was terrible, unpleasant place. But this past Friday 17 December 2021 I had to go and find a smart TV. And what a pleasant surprise at the Cresta branch!!! Staff everywhere in there new dark pink uniforms, eager to help, efficient. Apparently a huge overhaul. I'll definitely go there again.
I've just once again had excellent service from Skybridge's branch in Dale Lace Ave, Randpark Ridge, 084 566 0177. I had serious problems with a faulty satellite dish and Oleg was his usual efficient self. The good experience starts with Marina in the office, who knows all the technical detail and can even give a preliminary diagnosis of the problem. After his work was completed, Oleg discovered that my decoder was seriously faulty. He left and I went to buy a new one. Shortly afterwards he phone to ask if he, knowing I'm a tech idiot, could come and install it for free. Which he did. Excellent people.
I expected months of hassle with the Johannesburg municipality when I sold my house and had to close my rates account, but my agent recommended Househoppers and I contacted them. They took the whole burden from my shoulders and Lekina Lehlokoa, the rates consultant, was the epitome of efficient and pleasant service. Everything went smoothly and she kept me informed regularly. What a pleasure it was to deal with them!
I got excellent service from Country Life Gardens in Johannesburg. Fast and reasonable quotations, expert advice, prompt delivery, which included removal of messy old garden and help with design and starting of a new one. Always on time. Everything done in four days.
I've got a lifelong experience of moving house, but never before have I come across such high quality as that of Biddulphs International. Excellent from the first contact with consultant Marie-Louise van Wijk to Ernest and his removals team, everything was just perfect, even up to the removal of the 22 empty boxes three days later. Everybody on time., not a single dent in my possessions., nothing lost. Everybody pleasant and friendly. I salute them,
