Hello GoGas - is anybody there......... On Sunday 22nd June I tried to order a refill but my credit card was rejected. On Monday I called my bank, they checked and nothing was wrong with my card. I called your business and was cut off, left messages and eventually when I got through I was told someone would return my call. I also called Payfast and they said they could not do anything - the call would need to come from GO Gas....... Same on Tuesday, called, requested a call, wrote e-mails and when i eventually got through I was told someone would call me.............. I still not had a call or response so I have made alternative arrangements. I will no longer be doing business with you and am requesting collection of your cylinder and refund of my deposit. Due to other ratings I would like cash in exchange for the cylinder. If I do not get a response I will be taking this further.
I was locked out of my current account and have not been able to have access to my account online. Today I went to Rosebank to sort it out. Walked in - waited about 5 minutes and then someone came from outside and asked me if I was waiting - my response was yes - hers was what for. I explained I could not access my online banking and she said let me see the app. I do not have the app on my phone and was told to download it which I did. I could not enter the app as it denied access. All this time this person was chewing gum and chatting to other people. She told me there was something wrong with the system and then we went to the machine outside. Once again we tried and were not able to access it - I was then told that all the systems were not working. I asked if I could please see someone inside and was told that they had all been told that the system had something wrong so the would not be able to assist. Still chewing gum and chatting to those around us. I asked how long this would take and she said she did not know but I must go and do shopping and come back (I did not go to the mall to shop - I went to rectify my problem. I was angry and frustrated as I needed to access my account and she shrugged her shoulders and painfully slowly walked back into the bank. I then went to the Hyde Park branch and was greeted by someone at the door who tried to help me and was not able to so she asked Tsepho to assist. Result - my account had been blocked as I had used the incorrect password too often. He very kindly rectified that for me and was patient while I was changing my password. This was after the closing time and both he and the Security person waited patiently ......... I am now able to access my account but still not the app which I cannot get into! I would appreciate it if this is escalated as I will not stop until I have spoken to someone who has authority and is able to take this up with Rosebank branch which is very consistent in pathetic service.
I recently booked flights online and had difficulties paying online. This resulted in numerous calls to the airline - all of which were handled professionally in a very friendly manner by four different staff members. In order to address this I went to their head office and received a warm welcome from the lady at reception as well as the gentleman that assisted with the payment. This kind of service is rare to-day and if this is the start, I really look forward to the flight
I have just booked a rental care on the site. I completed the details required and when I received the confirmation from SANI my name, address and email address were incorrect. I call and asked for it to be amended and spoke to someone who said they had 'amended' it and when I received the confirmation some of the details had been amended and some that were correct were now incorrect. I have spent time on the phone to request that this be changed and was told that this was not possible without cancelling the contract and re-doing it. This happened to me before with them and it caused a great deal of inconvenience as there was a cross border letter which had incorrect details on it............. Really SANI - surely you can do better
The worst experience . Booking people gave incorrect information, Name and address changed when I changed collection time, car was not full, Money was deducted from my deposit because they claimed the car was not full despite my filling it 8km before I returned it. I have made 6 calls to speak to someone to address this and have been told each time that someone would call - and I am still waiting for a response. I will never rent from them again. Since the take over the service has been shocking
This site is somehow linked to single60sdating and the majority of people on the site are **** and try and get money out of you. Please beware of both of them as they do not do what they claim to do
I had a problem with a delivery of my shoes and it was sorted out pleasantly and efficiently. Love the shoes - saving for a second pair

Able Removers recently moved me from an apartment to a cottage and I have nothing but praise for exceptional service - from the first phone call to get a quote to the Removal team leaving my new premises. THe office staff (especially Hazel) are efficient, friendly and helpful. They respond quickly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The team arrived on time, were efficient and effective and very respectful in the way they handled my belongings taking care not to bump or damage them and also the way they were protected and strapped in the van. The move was challenging as they were not allowed to use the lift in the complex so had to work through the garden and this was done with good grace. The team worked effectively together, worked quickly and the best was it was all done in such good spirit. Real team work and strong leadership. The cherry on the top was that their price was very competitive and excellent value for the service I receive. Able will be my go to movers should I move again! If you want a pleasant move - I highly recommend them. PS I am a person with high expectations so 5 stars from me is no mean feat!
