I had a flat tyre yesterday in the middle of nowhere with my 2 kids …help was provided to me within 20min and the gentleman who changed my tyre was very kind ..
I had motor vehicle warranty with mvia and never missed a payment.I called in to cancel my policy on the 14th of December 2022 and the consultant told me that I needed to send an email . I sent an email in order to cancel my policy ,only to find out they are still deducting my premiums in October 2024 . I called in and alerted them and they asked me to send through an affidavit stating that I will not be reversing any of my premiums until they are done with their investigation .I did all of that and still haven’t received any feedback from them . I called in December and they said they are still busy . Today no one is answering their calls . I would not recommend Mvia as they have sent me from pillar to post about my refund and I was very loyal customer
I just had a very bad experience at Del forno @carnival mall. I entered there at 08h30am hoping to have some breakfast and the staff was still sweeping. I asked the gentleman at the counter if they are open and he said yes, I can come in. I sat there and waited for someone to attend me and no one did for more than 15 min and I eventually left. Please can the management of carnival mall be clear on the opening time so customers don't find staff cleaning ND don't attend to them.

Wow, what a 2023 I had, and Dotsure most definitely came to the rescue. From a break in at my house, to a car accident just before the year ended. I've been a very loyal customer to Dotsure for some time now and I've had the best experince so far. Very friendly consultants and very quick turnaround with my claims. I really think Dotsure is the best when it comes to insurance and that's why they were the first I thought of when I got my new car. But today I experienced rudeness from Barbie who is handling my home concent claim. I submitted my documents and pictures that were requested from me and called to check if they were recieved, as the lady I spoke to on Monday said that she will put a note for Barbie to call me back when they are recieved. When I called today, I asked to be transfered to the claims department and I waited atleast 8 minutes on the line to speak to someone. When someone eventually answered, their tone was very rude and I was asked if I could be helped? . Stunded by the manner in which I was being asked "how can I help you?".. I took a while to answer. I rep**** with "I'm calling to follow up on my claim". She rep**** so rudely to me that yes she's busy with my paperwork and will get back to me. I didn't even know if she knew who she was speaking to as my name wasn't even asked. I had to ask who am I speaking to, because she didn't even introduce herself. I am very disappointed at the tone and the manner that Barbie addressed me
