Anneshia was super efficient and made sure we knew every detail we needed to, answering any question we had and never once did we have to follow up with her. I highly recommend her and the team she works with to make this process way less stressful than it needs to be.
Love this restaurant, its food and its staff. I love getting great service and getting value for what I pay. Please support them by ordering takeaways through lockdown - they all deserve to keep their jobs and salaries
I took my printer into makro for repairs as the printer was not feeding paper through. Since it was out of warranty even though its only a few years old and I havent even finished the ink that comes with the printer, I didnt even argue but rather I just agreed to send it to the agent for repairs. Partserve quoted me on the 29th of April but I had to go in store to collect the quote so I only paid the quote on the 03 May. Since then, the only feedback I have managed to get out of partserve is "waiting for parts", and one time a quote where I had to pay for a roller that they found faulty after the initial quote to which I responded with a proof of payment and a request for an ETA. As you can guess, no response. Even though I have paid Partserve directly, they refuse to give me any information as its their policy to only provide information to makro. So I have to wait 2 - 3 days to get responses from them as Makro is basically acting as the middle man at this point- I dont see how this is beneficial to either companies. Makro have gone so far as to copy me into the mail where I have requested a timeline on repairs but they don't seem to even bother responding to my mail. I have been working from home for months now. It is the most frustrating thing to pay someone to do something and then they don't even have the decency to reply to my queries. I have gone so far as to request that my printer be returned to me as it is, even without the additional roller and even if the repairs are not complete. If they could just communicate then I wouldn't be as frustrated as I am now after waiting 2 months for a printer repair. Either they are too busy or they aren't interested in customer care. If I ever get my printer back , I will never ever use them again and I would highly recommend that you don't either.

I have used this company to assist with both my mother and fathers funerals. They made both of these times alot easier to deal with both by seeing to the bodies, not forcing any ideas onto me to increase sales, sorting out paperwork, being at the funeral long before we were to ensure everything is set up. I would highly recomend using this team if you are faced with a death.
