I took a car insurance with them via a friend that I really trusted Thabo Naare and I think a week later after taking the insurance I got scammed by my bank of which I was unable to pay for the Rooks services and I told my friend to cancel my insurance with them but he insisted on speaking to his manager Smith first so they can see what to do. Out of desperation I agreed obviously then they told me that I had to pay an admin fee of R950 if I'm not mistaken plus the insurance (Axsure insurance) I had took via them which was R1173 so at that time I could not afford to pay that much fuel to being scammed as I had to recover on a lot of things. So I then decided they should cancel everything as they were my brokers I thought they cancelled and to my surprise Axsure then debited an amount from my account without my consent which really affected my other debits from running. Then I called Axsure and they said I should send an email of cancellation so they can refund me, I even threatened to report them, been sending them emails with no response but soon as I mentioned hellopeter then they called and started interrogating me then they said they will look into it. A week later a girl from Rooks called and I explained everything to her and she then said she has to speak to her manager Smith and being polite I said okay. This week on Monday i then decided to send the both companies emails telling them that i am fed up with their silence with no correspondence then when i got to work i then got a call from Smith the manager from Rooks telling me a lot of stories I then hung up the call and told him that I will then have to report the matter on a large platform as they are not taking me seriously. R1200 is a lot of money to just let it go. I am really unhappy with both Rooks insurance and Axsure as they really robbed me and I work very hard for that money. Please help
I am an assistant marker at the university in the Education department and I marked but did not get paid my R3500 whereas I have submitted my contract in time and the other markers got paid yet I did not. I have been querying this matter for over 3 weeks now and they still not giving me an answer. Even the lecture I was marking for has been calling the Potchefstroom campus to find out what is wrong with my payment but no assistance. I called the ********** given to me by my lecture and I spoke to a guy and he said to me yesterday that he was going to trace my payment and get back to me, gave him time to do that and called again yesterday and he told me that he is waiting for a response from the department and I gave him time again. Today when I call they are not picking up then I called again and he picked up telling me that he cannot get ahold of the HR from the Vaal campus and that they are responsible for the delay yet the Vaal told me that Potch is responsible for payments. Even called my campus the NWU Vaal and they telling me that they cannot help me. I was their marker and I deserve to be paid like the other markers were. It's unfair because I also have things to do. I have to purchase my graduation gown and reward myself. I took time off my studies and other extra mural activities to squeeze the marking job and now they do not want to pay me. I will not leave this matter like this and since they will be closing on the 22nd of December I want my money! They are taking me for granted and I do not like it. Now their phones are just ringing. The North West University Potch and Vaal campus do not respect other people and it's time I fight and stand for what I beleive in without fear.

Morning I won the sunlight hamper on the 26th of September as I have entered a competition and I was send a message by the Sunlight South Africa page telling me that I've won 1 of the 6 Sunlight hampers and I then provided them with my cellphone number and delivery address, I then did that but I used my delivery address with the campus address as I am currently residing here at NWU Vaal thinking I am going to get my hamper ASAP since they said they will contact me and still today that hamper has not been delivered to me and they are now not even responding to my inbox messages. I even wrote on their wall on that Facebook page asking about this. What kind of advertising is this? Hellopeter please kindly help me in ensuring that they live up to their promises. I mean Sunlight is a big brand and for them to advertise false information is very bad for their image. I entered a competition and won so they should be fair in ensuring that I get my prize. What bothers is I go out of my way as a student to enter competitions and even follow up to check if they still remember but now I am really fed up with their lies and empty promises. i made an eft to purchase a ticket for the spring fiesta on the 02 September 2015 as it was convenient for me as i did not have time to go queue for tickets. Then i tried calling the number appearing on their pages (Facebook and Twitter) and the number was not working then i started getting worried as i had already made a payment. then i got a comment on facebook from them saying that i will get my ticket as soon as the payment reflects to them, which is going to take 24 - 48 hours, then i was at ease. On Monday as i was checking my emails i still did not get any response from them and that really got me worried because i used my last money to purchase that ticket. then i started sending them messages asking them to please check the progress regarding my ticket as 48 hours was way past and this time there was no response at all. I have been sending them messages on their pages since 02 September till date and there is still no response. i am really worried and this is really getting out of hand. their service is just poor and the person responsible for their pages is just unprofessional. i demand a vvip ticket as they wasted my time and money. please kindly help me out.
