Good morning I was a customer at beares I even pay my goods up to date, I file for repair of my kitchen cupboards around last week of 2nd week of jan spoke to mzwakhe specifically about it he know even today my kitchen unit it not fixed ,,,the service I've got from beares it horrible I called several times checking up with him all i get it stories no stop useless furniture store the one at Kempton park u dont know how to treat your customers I spend thousands of thousands paying my installments but their dont know how to treat customer im very disappointed.

Im not happy with mtn first 2021 I report ***** account under my name,and their did their job ***** department and my name was clear even my clear score but now im trying to apply online deal their telling my ID number is under review or some I can't remember the other worse their used now im stuck even if im calling customer care im not getting helped

I hate being charged for something I don't know now MTN is accessing my bank account how I don't know these for second time now doing clearance about these and it causing my bank account im getting irritated.
Never being do disappointment with old mutual insurance,I don't know how many time I've complain about date dedication all of the sudden my account is on watch while I never skip any payment their change my debit order date without my permission I spoke to zanele mthethwa from ccs complaint department like I'm getting extra charge from my bank coz everything their dedicate when their no money it extra charge like I'm disappointed with your service.
Good morning my name is Ntombifuthi Radebe I have pick n pay account ,I've being paying very nicely all of sudden now I've being receiving sms and call about me owing R245.00 to where we got that from I don't know I've call them for explanation even send them email no response I've paid R130 on 10th of June using my pick n pay card number no one is getting back to me like I'm so frustrated to point I wanna close these account coz their don't do follow up I even have proof of payment of R130 all I need it assistance where from here so I can close these accounts.
I'm so disappointed with service I've got with old mutual and bisvest bank, I've open money account with them everything was working well until end of Feb where their blocked my card with balance inside telling that my account is under assassessment without noticing me it being 3 weeks now I can't use my account, yesterday I've got Email from old mutual kim Adam's telling me their closing my money account while my account it still under assassessment by bidvest which their toll me that standard bank ask them to hold my account I went to standard bank to rectify all these standard bank confirm to me that their nothing like that in their system old mutual and bisvest bank their ****med me my money I've called bidvest bank to ask how long are their planning to hold my account their services was horrible I've safe my my money with old mutual hoping for the best but now I'm running around like headless chicken coz when I'm ask about my money everyone is pointing the other... I spoke to Phathekile via email from bidvest bank ***** analysis send documents their needed even today I was not help
Hi my name is Ntombifuthi Radebe I have old mutual money account,wish their work together with bidvest bank,,their blocked my money without notifying meat being 2 week now no response to them,I've call them about these issue I was told my account it under assessment for what reason I don't know call them second time ,their told be that standard bank requested these matter that my account must be put on hold I went to standard bank their say their don't pick up anything like that in their system...I must give them 2 days to check until today I'm still waiting for my money...when I go to old mutual their telling me to call bidvest bank when I call them their telling me about standard bank like I'm stuck these bank people their playing with people feeling customer service it something else to them...
Good morning, we paid on first of February we paid full mouth these margate holidays home, we found out that their ****mers their did wanna refund our money even today the name of the lady is java Naidoo she even issue us invoice but did wanna refund us back.. .
