I once again have to resort to Hello Peter go help with the same company. Since we have been thrown into Stage 6 loadhsedding, i have been forced to use a UPS system to have internet connectivity (this UPS i got as part of my contract with RSAWEB). I opened the given UPS for the first time yesterday (22 Feb 25) and the UPS worked for 10 minutes and then stopped. I tried it again today 23/2 after charging it for over 4 hours and it still didnt work during loadshedding. I reached out to the technically support of RSAWEB who told me that the UPS is deffective!! What nonsense. Why would they give customers deffective equipment, and apparently according to the technichoan, Thulani, he will log it for repairs and i will have to pay R390 for this.
These people are so useless. I have paid up my account over two years ago and they have not removed my information from their database and have been dealing with Zinzi since October 2024 and she has been of no help and continuously being escalated.
I ordered a fibre package which comes with a router and UPS on Wednesday 24 July and was told tbat since i have an existing fibre line, connectivity will be automatic. I received mt package on Friday 26 June and connected it at 6pm when i got him andit was not working, i spend 40 minutes on the phone with technical support who told me that there is nothing they can do, I have to wait for Monday for it to me sorted. This is bull****. Why lie to me about a service and then not prove such service. I spoke to an agent who cut me off on the phone and spent a whole hour being thrown from pillar to post.

MIXTELEMATICS HAS DONE IT AGAIN - HORRIBLE SERVICE ONCE AGAIN. THEY HAVE NOW SOLD MY CLOSED ACCOUNT TO NORMAN BISSET ATTORNEYS DEBT COLLECTORS SAYING THAT I OWE MIX TELEMATICS (HAVE CALLED ME A TOTAL OF 8 TIMES)BUT I HAVE A LETTER PROVING MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED. APPARENTLY ROSE MABUKA (WHO SENT THE PAID UP LETTER FROM MIXTELEMATICS) DID NOT REMOVE MY NAME FROM YOUR DEBTORS LIST AND NOW I HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT OF YOUR STAFF. FIX YOUR NONSENSE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called Faircom today about connectivity issues and i spoke to a service consultant who promised toncall me back in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later no call, I called faircom only to get a voicemail service saying they will return my call at their earliest convenience. What ****en business is this that doesn't even have technicians to solve issues or to even call you back. I regret using your service. The connectivity issues have been ongoing here in Sea Point for months but youbare quick to issue an invoice. Fix my wifi. I see why so many people complain about your services and you don't even have the decency to follow through with your promises.
This is the worst service ever. USELESS PEOPLE. I paid and closed my account on June 25 2022 and was told that a letter will be sent to me by the 1st of July. But I did not get anything. I called the company over 50 times requesting that my account closure letter be sent and that this is removed from my credit record but to no avail. At most times when you call this company you will be waiting in line for over 2hours! YOUR SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS! Your staff and company is a disgrace. I WANT MIX TELEMATICS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT RECORD WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
I received an sms indicating that i have registered for destiny rewards. I do not know who they are and they have my ID Number. I called but was sent from pillar to post. I dont know where they got my details from both my ID number and my banking details. THIS NEEDS TO STOP
on 27 September I got a deduction of R563.34 on my account from RCCS BOS J ********** ********** 16 I dont know this company and have not authorised them to take any money my account. Worst of all, there was not sms notification from absa. Please can you return my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At the end of July 2017, Telkom charged me R641 for a monthly contract that I should be paying R199. I have been quering this through Donald Motau who called me to chase down this R641 (very rudely). I have also queried this through Telkom online (they closed my requests without my consent or knowledge), through the Telkom shop in Bayside (rude lady who couldnt help at all and had an attitude). Another R641 was deducted two days later and I called Donald Motau on 011 ********** and he said he would get back to me - he did not and I had to call and email him. His last response on 4 August was: Apologies for not coming back to you early, as I have indicated, there is a problem that is being investigated and it has been escalated as it involves a few accounts with the same problem. Will provide interim updates on this matter. Kind regards Donald Motau (ID) (011) ********** Since then I have had no response, his emails are now bouncing and his phone goes unanswered. I want an answer for such bad service from Telkom. You are useless and this is not the first time as I have been overcharged countless times even though there is a cap on this contract.
