I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance
Andre Engelbrecht was my service consultant He was very helpful in resolving the claim and kept me updated through out the process. I am happy with his service .
This past week was a whirlwind of celebrations, highlighted by my sister’s graduation. What an amazing week. However, life had a curveball waiting at the end. Yesterday, after driving back to Rustenburg to collect my car, the key broke, and I realized I didn’t have a spare. It wasn’t the ending I envisioned for such a special week. My insurance quickly arranged for the car to be towed, taking one worry off my plate.I’m also grateful for Angelique from Miway, who went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, showing such kindness and professionalism.
Reached out to an email provided over 8 weeks ago, got no feedback. Wrote a review over a month ago, someone responded and said they will get in touch. nobody has since. I went back to inform them of this, provided my ID number so that they can help me. I am still waiting. It is sad that even the escalation process does not work. what is a girl to do to get some assistance
They only have an email address you can contact them on for any queries and then it has been a month of me constant following up for anyone to assist me. Longest time I have ever had to wait. People say men are trash, I would like to know what do we call a business that takes more than a month to just get back and provide help?
I returned Avis car over a 12 days I got invoiced the next day. Went to the branch yesterday and spoke to Adam, and I still don't have my deposit back. Considering this was a hold not a deductions. Who is sitting on thier ass and not doing their job
On Friday I requested drive me home which they picked me up drove me home. In the morning around 8am I noticed my malfunction light and my car died at our gate on my way out. I reached out to miway, they requested me to send an email, which I did, asked for pictures which I sent. I was informed that my case was escalated but 24 hours SesiP@miway.co.za has not provided me any feedback nor a resolution. I have a immobile car in our driveway and zero feedback.
Sad to have to be the one who has to write a negative review because I feel an agent was just being plain lazy. I work for the same company and I very sure that this is not the client service we strive for. My claim got rejected because my surname didn't match what the supplier , I requested the Agent Adrian Nundoo was requested to send me a supplier banking details which he told me to request straight from the supplier. I found this strange because surely had there not been a mishap with my surname (dont ask me who didnt update their records) they would have settled the account. So assuming they were going to settle which bank account and reference number would they have used. Thats all I was asking for but I never got a responde. Such a shame that people like this are allowed to service our client and give a good company bad reputation.
My car is financed by standard bank ,their insurance department called me to ask me for a confirmation that I have car insurance which I did send numerous times. I even went to their branch and mmboniseni.netshotshoko also sent the email on my behalf. They have gone ahead and debited my account without my permission in relation to an insurance I have never asked for
My case number is CAS-765372 lets just say their service is as pathetic as their complain department
