14 days later spae2u cant return funds. Spar2u deducted 3 times. 1x order was placed. They deducted off my bank account. Uber delivered and wanted a pin. Spar 2U dont issue pins there they took the order back. Money deducted was not paid back. Spar said place another order. Order placed and funds deducted. Issues with order and not delivered. Funds not returned. 3 order placed funds deducted and order delivered. Spar was meant to sort out this problem. The issue is Spar2u because they deducted funds. Why can they not return the fund. R1,496 is a lot of money for them to take 14 days and the funds still not reflecting in my bank account. This is the first time I'm having an issue with Spar2u. I'm disappointed in their service. Telkom reoccurring poor service.. Telkom debit order goes through for the wrong value. Telkom makes the mistake and charges the account holder additional fees on the account and can't resolve the matter telephonically or in the branch. Telkom suspend services due to short payment expecting the short fall to be paid which was meant to go through via debit order and wanting payment for additional charges as well yet they charge the account holder additional fees for their mistake. Whilst the accounts are suspended they expect full payment... unacceptable. They can't resolve issues timeously and service is poor...
