NEVER, NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH RCS GAME. I have settled my account, and it is at zero, and then I called them the next day to close the account. They are telling me their books close after the 11th, and I should call them after the 11th to request a settlement amount which is zero because she can't see it on her side. The star is for me to write. Blue Label is a **** company. They have not refunded R6299 for a phone purchased on my game account without my authorization. Blue Label Connect does not deserve a star. You have sent your courier by the name of Wesley Letsoalo to collect the A15 Samsung, and I get a receipt that the phone was collected and Wesley Letsoalo confirmed collection of the phone on the system and on your CourierIT receipt the person signs as Khaya Glen. And now you are telling me that you are waiting for the manufacturer to confirm receipt. I am waiting for you Blue Label Connect to process my refund to my Game account...NOW THAT YOU HAVE COLLECTED YOUR PHONE I WANT MY REFUND
. On 4 September 2025, I was contacted telephonically by an agent who claimed to be from Game Store. At no point did she disclose that she was actually acting on behalf of Blue Label Connect. Since I hold an account with Game, I trusted the call and continued the conversation. I was offered a Samsung A15 contract at R262 per month for 24 months. I verbally agreed to this. • On 8 September 2025, the phone was delivered to me. • I was later shocked to receive an invoice from Game Store indicating that R6,299 had been deducted from my account. This amount was never agreed to in the telephonic contract. When I enquired with Game Store on 11 September 2025, I was referred to Blue Label. Blue Label then refused to: Refund the R6, 299 deducted; Accept return of the phone, on the basis that I had "used their services." I requested a copy of the original call recording to verify the agreement so that I can use it to add on to legal actions I intend to take against them, but Blue Label indicated that they would only provide a transcript, not the original recording. 16 September 2025 at 10:48: Blue Label arranged for a courier (COURIERIT) to collect the device from my premises, which has been done. I am still waiting for their manufacturing company to confirm if they have received the A15 Samsung phone. "I don't understand how Blue Label Connect is allowed to make purchases on my account without my verification. They must have received numerous complaints from customers about this.
Dear Blue label I would like to formally dispute the validity of this contract on the basis that it was entered into under *****ulent pretenses. During the call, the individual who contacted me claimed to be working for Game, which heavily influenced my decision to accept the offer. I now understand that this representation was false, and I consider the contract to have been mis-sold and misrepresented. This has caused me significant emotional stress and inconvenience, especially as I was led to believe I was dealing directly with Game. The misleading nature of this interaction makes the agreement legally questionable and potentially void. I am hereby requesting the full voice recording of the sales call where the offer was made. I am entitled to this under the Consumer Protection Act, as it directly relates to a financial commitment made under possibly *****ulent circumstances. If I do not receive the recording and a satisfactory resolution within 7 business days, I will proceed to lodge a formal complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman, as well as consider legal action for misrepresentation and emotional distress. I expect urgent attention to this matter.
Buying prepaid tokens straight from their website is complete nonsense, the server goes down and you end up not receiving your prepaid token. Receiving your prepaid tokens takes forever and they sent me tokens I bought at Game store. It is better to buy at the store than on their website, at least you receive your money when you don't get the tokens. And someone from the Call centre asked me to call my bank as if I bought the prepaid electricity from the standard bank app.
It has been 2 days without connection, and I am happy that I didn't make a stop order for this poor service, whenever I don't want to pay I will stop paying and the only thing left to do is take your pole in my yard.
