I would like someone that knows what is actually going on in the company they are working for i.e Sanlam to call me back. Some time ago my father had insurance , homeowner , motor vehicle general insurance with Sanlam as well as Santam. As he was a Government employee his house was insured with Sanlam. We had a broker come to our house quite oftenly at that stage . I can remember it well as I was still in high school. His name was Thinus if I recall correctly. we are speaking about QUITE a few years ago. Somehow it was written in the policy even though it was quite clear at that stage already that my father was severely depressed , that should he have to leave his job due to Major depression that apparently the policy will not pay out. I have no idea how this would work . even then this broker should have known better, My father ended up being medically boarded. The specific clause came into play and my father ended up having to sell his home of lose it that was the choice Tried to speak with someone they did not understand, could not pick up his ID. I am well of aware of the 3 year prescription period but somewhere something was not right with the policy ,how could a clause be written into an agreement causing a person to have to sell his home because he was medically not able to do his work anymore. Could someone please phone me back so that I can come to some kind of understanding because it sounds extremely suspicious to me, I will in any case not recommend any one to make use of any of your products
I placed an order for books at Aristata books only to receive an email that the one book is not available and I can get a full refund or I can take a second hand book. As it is a matter of urgency I indicated that I will take the second hand book. Heard nothing. I phoned Aristata yesterday 5/02/2025. I was promised that somebody would phone me back. No call I phoned again today and was told that a Andrew will phone me back. Still waiting. The tasks at Brainline is starting on Monday and we have no books. Maybe I should worn Brainline not to make use of this bookstore anymore. I need a resolution YESTERDAY already my whole shipment of books are being held up because of this
Was happy until recently. My daughter grade nine had to write English paper yesterday. Time was open until 20h00 to write the exam. She likes to study on the day and would rather write later. She started the paper on the new invigilator app ( replaced proctorfree) and an hour and 15 minutes into a 2 hour paper the App indicated FAULT. You could not access Brainline online self to get technical support believe me we tried logging in from another PC in the house as well. Made screenshots. However we are now told by the teacher after an email was sent explaining the situation that it will be send to IT otherwise unfortunately my daughter will not be able to write a supplementary this year but only next near. I can understand if the fault was on our side, electricity went down, internet went down, anything else but a fault that we heard other kids also experienced makes no sense. Also it seems as if the school needed you to write earlier... how does that make a difference if you cant get the assistance if you try and log in ... your answers are saved it seems and it is a done deal. I can not SEE HOW THIS MISTAKE is on our side and will appreciate a prompt answer from someone that can actually explain this to me
Wow I find it shocking. Just went thought the complaints that were posted on Sanlam at Hello Peter. If I were you I would dig a hole and never come out again. Latest feedback regarding an annuity , it is taking time at SARS. Really? Alan Gray did not have that problem , Sanlam's own umbrella plan did not have that problem WHY WITH ONE little annuity you can't even just finalize the claim. It is nearly a month now....Also I see everybody gets the same feedback we will get back to you via private correspondence. It is like a second hand , hand me down response, oh and if you've been wondering NO SANLAM dit not call me< DID not try and resolve ANYTHING. People should take their pensions, annuities whatever you have and move to ANY other insurer. Image if you die HOW YOUR FAMILY IS GOING TO SUFFER AND GET THE RUN AROUND. The date today 19 September 2024 .... Sanlam Corporate was supposed to get back to me last week. I went there this past Friday they promised they would reset my website password so that I can log in and apply for what I needed to apply myself, still waiting for a sms that was supposed to reach me later that Friday latest Saturday .... still waiting for an email that was also supposed to reach me by this weekend. If this is the service that we get from Sanlam when we are alive what will happen to our family once you passed on. ALLAN GRAY is ten times faster received my money already very happy move your stuff to them or for this matter TRY ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER OTHER THAN SANLAM> I EXPECT A CALL TODAY 0817270212
Been trying to get hold of Sanlam for two pot system since last week Monday Would have thought that Sanlam would have anticipated an influx of calls , not just an influx but a Tsunami and would have taken the necessary steps to handle all incoming calls. Maybe have more people on call center etc. Alan Gray assisted within the first day. Tax returns for my colleague has already been received and she is awaiting payout. Why must we wait so long for Sanlam makes you wonder why you even chose to go with insuring with them at all. There is so many people trying to access their website that you cant even get an email to confirm change of email or details.
I have read through the remarks of people giving this school a one star and then writing some absurd comment. Really? Do you even know what you are talking about. Have you seen the textbooks being used by the school, do they look fami**** or was your kids not previously in a model C/government school? Also the classes are really good, the standard is high so I would say if you can't handle the heat stay out of the kitchen. I find it to be a very good school. Spoken to many happy students and parents that enrolled their kids in here.
Mainly I was always very impressed with Takealot. Fast service no problem. What confuses the living daylight out of me is , there are certain well one was under the impression it is applicable to all items, where you can buy with Payflex. About a month ago my husband bought a gaming chair from Takealot. No problem with the use of payflex. Wanted to order a chair for my daughters birthday today SUDDENLY payflex is not available. So you know what ordered chair from Makro. If this is the way Takealot wants to play the game you are going to loose customers and believe me I ve been more than one of your frequent customers. Remember Amazon is here , they might only have a few products but lets see with this kind of shananigans how long you are going to last.
I recently needed to updrade. Two of my numbers were due and they were supposed to be upgraded on exactly the same day as I received the one new contract 0659538340 on the same day as the 0817887090, Telkom insisted that only one can be upgraded and so I upgraded the one 0659538340 number the other one was apparently only upgradeable a week later.I phoned and requested the same phone as the other one being Samsung A51 suddenly the price was R100 more expensive than a week ago so I took the A71 still R30 more expensive than even the R100 increase but it seem to be the better option They also indicated that I will only be billed for the one upgrade in July not June received my bill and I was already billed for the one upgrade, Still on the other side my Tablet that was received from selldirect was supposed to be sorted out by the customer services at 10213 but this has also not been sorted. I need to be contacted to have the Tablet sorted and explained how it was not even indicated to me that the prices will be going up and also that it was refused to upgrade at the same day meaning I am losing R100 a month due to now having to pay extra because you can not check your documents or the error was on Telkom's side Contact me please
I was contacted by Telkom's third party a company with telephone number 021 0017500 and asked for a deal on a 32 GB Huawei T 5 tablet. I received a 16 gb. I contacted them and asked for the recording which I listened to and it clearly indicates that I wanted the 32 GB. They promised to sort it out and eventually indicated that they NEVER EVEN HAD STOCK for the 32 GB how is that for misrepresentation on their part and the question if a legal contract even came into play. I phoned emailed they promised to investigate up to now nothing. I then reversed my debit order and now I hear I have been handed over seriously after one month and being a client for years now. If you can take the chance to lose a good client in these days go ahead, I will be paying my outstanding fee but I need this problem sorted out yesterday and if this is going to cause me to not beable to upgrade I will go to ICASA because surely this is not legal. I read all the reviews from the other customers and then I wonder why I even still bother to stay with Telkom. Contact me and lets sort this out for once please
