My car accident claim was logged in on the 02/07/2018 with Hollard insurance and was only approved after 4 weeks of which my car rental is 30 days as per the policy schedule. Now I am dealing with another issue where by Lehlobo Autobody Repairers to date they still sitting with the car and I am only told today that there's additional parts to add on. Right I don't even have a car rental no mode of transport for me and all because of delays and incompetence from these this parties, Lehlobo Autobody and Hollard. I must always call Lehlobo Autobody for feedback and add to that calls don't even go through. All I want right now is get my car fixed by Friday and if not a courtesy car should be provided immediately. I am still to complain with the Ombudsman as such institutions should not exists as they provide bad service.
I was involved in a car accident on the 30th June 2018 and till to date which more than 3 weeks there has no response regarding my car accident claim. I have to always call them back to get any feedback regarding this claim and add to this there is no urgency to even assist me. I have a car rental which is due in end of this month, July 2018, and then I am supposed to be using a public transport since definitely my car would not have been fixed by then. I regret even being part of the Hollard Insurance they just a disgrace of a business.
Hi, I initially submitted my claim in December 2015 and it them at least 4 months to approve my claim. Once claim has been approved I am supposed to pay an excess amount of R6000.00 whereas the policy schedule specify that I must pay an excess amount of R3000.00 but no Anderson still wanted me to pay that R6000.00. I had to take them to the Ombudsman for Anderson to change their story and agree that I can pay the R3000.00. Now I am dealing with another issue again with them my car its still at Elegance square panel beaters not yet completed because there's a car part to be ordered by the Anderson for them to complete their work. Right now I have to return the car rental today and my car its still not fixed so it means I wont have any means of transport. I have tried to call them since yesterday but no calls are pick up and I even send an email ccd everyone to their supervisor no one has responded to my email. I want my car to be urgently fixed by this week if not then Anderson must extend the car rental. I regret ever taking this insurer and I want people to know about them don't even come close to Anderson.
