Installed new garage door motor. Eventually failed due to battery running flat because motor was faulty and not charging. Took two weeks to respond and supposedly fixed. Same problem happens again. Says they will attend to it but never happens. Nothing for over 10 days. Calls not answered. Whatsapp messages ignored.
Two transactions. Fast service, both deliveries arrived earlier than expected and all in order. Thank you.
Sent products for order - one wrong product supplied. Two weeks later - no emails (3 addresses) answered, no contact form answered, no phone answered, no 'chat-bot' ever responded to, no whatsapp responded to. Just avoid people like this I say - they have no integrity and you will get burnt. Pity we still have ripoff places like this online.
First time ordering from these guys. Website checkout warned that they were a little swamped and delivery might take a day or two longer. I even ordered after their 4pm deadline for Joburg area delivery next day, package was nevertheless delivered before lunch the next day! Nice surprise to get excellent service. After a really bad and ongoing experience with a company whose name starts with 'PC' its such a pleasure to encounter an online store that beats their own promises. Package stolen from unlocked and unattended van (by courier driver's admission) within 2 hours of collection. Refunded less than half value of shipment (~R2800 value, refunded R1000). Didn't even bother to replace the (pre-paid) delivery fee, let alone offer such. Took two months to even get to that "resolution" (i.e. our way or the highway so f*** you mr customer). A courier company that has no insurance against loss? Do not use them if your shipment is value more than R1000. Their security is ridiculously bad and because you have prepaid for a whole batch of delivery coupons you are stuck - they have you by the proverbials and they don't give a single hoot about customers or customer service.
Been there for over two weeks now. Unable to get answer to call centre, call is *always* just cut after a few minutes, website mentioned on recording to track item (ems.sapo.co.za) : doesn't exist and gives a windows server page. Such incompetence, and absolutely no way for the customer to address it or get any assistance! Unbelievable.
<p>Been trying to cancel an ADSL account with open web for over a week now. They seem intent on blocking every attempt. Their web page cancellation sends no response. So they say print the form, filli in and fax. I dont have a fax. Emails back and forth. I send a screen shot. They say no attachment, send pdf. I check - the attachment is not only there but attached to the very email saying there isnt one! I send pdf. No response for a few days. I try again. Same story. They say send details in email. I am not comfortable sending ID, cell, address etc in open text email. Send the pdf again. Same reply - no attachment. I check, yes its attached. I conclude - a scam to prevent people giving notice, delaying till end of month ticks over obviously. Tired of this nonsense. BEWARE THIS COMPANY. Robert Cape/Zelda Coetzee/Leon Witherall</p>
