The owner, Faisal Khakoo, is not accommodating at all. Highly recommend not buying any deal they have on wikideals, in the initial terms and conditions it did not mention a limited amount of vouchers to be used in one booking. He said straight away I need to email wiki deals and speak to them and get a refund. I mentioned that it was for a special occasion, a 70th Birthday, still, not willing to accommodate. I was trying to explain that I would be willing to pay additional for the extra 4 people. He has a terribly rude tone which I informed him of and he said he will not be allowing us to make a booking.
Really terrible experience! I would not recommend ordering directly from them. As mentioned in previous reviews, they seem friendly and helpful to begin with but when it comes down to it - after you have paid - they are terrible. I let them know that it was for a 21st Birthday and as long as I could get my order on a specific date that I would go ahead with it. She proceeded to say she would send me the invoice. So I assumed that all was in order for Wednesday's delivery? I then, the customer, had to follow up for an invoice as it had been 24 hours before I received anything. In response, I received a "Please make payment immediately" - which I thought was a bit rude as I was the one asking for the invoice. I paid within 5 minutes of receiving the invoice. I received no confirmation/ reply that all was in order On Wednesday the 21st I still had received no comms after sending the POP/ no tracking number/ no confirmation - so I followed up at 11:23. No response. We then phoned at 15:00 - no answer, I then sent another email at 16:15 - no reply. I eventually got hold of sales and managed to get hold of Rene. She then stated she will get me the tracking number in 30 min, she then sent me the wrong number, I told her it was to Port Shepstone and she said it is the correct one. I then phoned her again to tell her I do think it is incorrect - she then provided me with the correct tracking number, this is all 15 min before Dawnwing closed. I then had no present to give to my sister on her 21st birthday, which is not just a normal birthday! Nowhere was I told that I cannot get a refund or cancel my order. Loot had it for R1132 with free delivery and since telling Crosley this, they said they made contact with Loot and they then increased their price, first to R1635 (21/09) and now I see now have increased it again to R2499. If you are thinking to buy a couch from Corifcraft - DONT DO IT. You pay a fortune, wait forever to get the couch and when received it is not the quality you expect for the price you paid and from such a reputable brand. I am so disappointed. Please read reviews before you buy from them! We have learned from our mistake. They have 0 customer service!! Feb 18 - Couch Received Feb 22 - Email sent to Tygervalley branch with images and explanation of issues March 11 - Collected the couch - there was no contact from anyone from Coricraft when it was going to be delivered, they just said 7-10 working days, March 26th (Friday) - the 10th working day, we decided to call and try to find out when we were going to get our couch, they had no answer. Monday 29th - Received no call, March 30th, Tuesday - Received no call- so we phoned them, they informed us the couch was repaired but they had no trucks to deliver. We told them that is not an option, they said we would get our couch on Thursday (No delivery time or any other info provided) March 31st, Wednesday - No contact from Coricraft April 1 - No contact from Coricraft, we decided to call again, they said it will be delivered today, we received no time of delivery or any other information. How would they know someone would be at home to receive the couch? The couch was delivered - "repaired" and it was NOT repaired, the same issue still exists, the one section does not connect properly, doesn't align and actually overlaps. They replaced the one panel as there was a deep scratch - they did not "coriguard it"! UBELIEVABLE - Will we need to wait another month for the repair?
A Daddys deal was bought for this restaurant. We were informed on the deal that we need to make a booking. I emailed(as stated on the deal) I then phoned the day before to confirm booking(as stated on the deal) there was no booking made-so then made the booking again. On getting there, we were told the booking was not made. <br> After this, we told the waiter we had the deal- to our dismay they did not have the beef ribs(which was offered on the deal). We then chose the steaks- I ordered well done and my boyfriend ordered medium rare, he then received well done(they luckily rectified this issue). After this our waiter had disappeared, my steak was well done on the edges and medium well in the middle. I could not eat it and asked the random waiter if I could take it as take away and told him it was not well done- he said \yes he sees blood". <br> <br> As my boyfriend was eating his chips- a different waiter/manager took his plate. He was not even done and I told the manager/waiter that I do not think he is finished. My boyfriend then said its fine he is full and it was taken away. On leaving we asked for the take away- the waiter had thrown it away. Never saw the original waiter again."""
