I’m referring to a telephonic discussion... That conversation was recorded and was supposed to be referred to management, We are still awaiting answers. Numerous Emails but no reply. Vehicle was sold with full service history and a warranty, But Toyota's service record does not show full service history and the service book was stamped all at the same day and time by the same person...
We filled-up at the petrol station across the road from the branch just before we returned the vehicle, still we receive a fuel bill for an additional 10 liters, also another document administration fee of R 100 + VAT (Already paid on check out) I've send two mails and got a reference no, but no reply for more than 3 weeks.

Vodacom Legal refer me to VVM, VVM says the account is withdrawn, speaking to Vodacom Legal, but they refer me back to VVM and VVM can not help me and refer me to Vodacom Legal. Again, I'm waiting for a reply from Vodacom Legal. I made an offer to settle my account, but seems no one wants my money. Can you please let me know who I must pay else please clear my records with the bureau and mark everything as settled and paid in full. As this contract was given to me, with promises that a tower will be build in our vicinity and our signal problems will be solved. None happened and I spoke to numerous agents trying to stop my contract. When I ask for the recording of the initial contract offering and agreement, then I'm always at the incorrect department. A consultant phoned and I couldn't take the call, but when I phoned back, no body knows who I must speak to. Please, leave a name and direct number where I can phone you back!!
I'm referring to previous email, Whatsapp communications and a Hello Peter complaint, but not one is helping. Spoke to Vodacon Legal agents on 0821905, but the Vodacom agents says the my Vodacom account is not with them and I can not speak to a manager, because that is not how it works. A manager will phone me, but no call received. I wanted to settle my account, but no one can help me. Apparently my account is with VVM and VVM says my account is with Vodacom.

I've been with the scheme for a many years and terminated my membership in March 2022 - but still had money in my savings account. The advisors said I must wait 5 months before I can claim my money back. So I waited 5 months and started the process. I've submitted my forms and after a week, I phoned and the lady said they still need to info (but no email was sent to me) I resubmitted my forms and the credit controller said 5 days after exco - Management approval, I will get my money. It's 3 weeks later (after the managers approval) and still nothing and to get hold of someone in the credit control department is almost impossible, most of the time the are in meetings, or the person is not at work for the day or you hold on the line for long before someone takes your call. And the I get told, it only a possible payment on the payment run...................

No SERVICE! No CARD, No Contact Number! They received my money! After 8 Emails, 3 replies, that the SIM is on it's way... STILL Nothing. You can not even speak to someone - As the 0860 number on the web does not exist!!!!
