FNB - WORST BUSSINESS BANK FOR CLIENT SERVICES. I HAVE A PLATINUM BUSSINESS ACCOUNT WITH 24 COMPLIMENTARY SLOW LOUNGE VISITS A YEAR. HERE IS WHERE THEY CATCH YOU. YOU CAN ONLY TAKE IN ONE VISITOR . SO WHEN YOU TRAVEL WITH MORE THAN ONE STAFF, THE REST MUST SIT OUTSIDE. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF I USE ALL MY 24 VISITS AT ONCE , AS I REQUIRE TO DO SO.
I bought an industrial type Ryobi grinder. It broke twice in a mater of a few months. They did not honour the warranty. So why do they advertise it to have a warranty. See email below received from their store manager - Yes I agree that the unit has got 5 years warranty on the motor and the other items is not covered under warranty. Your brushes and other parts are not covered, they are put as accessories to the unit. You brought the unit to the store once to be repaired of which you were quoted R262.00 and you paid for that and once again in March which you were quoted R463.57, and when I look at the items that were fixed in the first quote are almost similar to the one that your quoted for. The items are Bearing ball, Pinion gear, gear case cove and repair labour. Regards Surprise
Do not buy from TOTALGUARD WORKWEAR PRETORIA. We placed and paid for our order on the 4th April , over a month later, and we still have not received, any notification by email or a call on our outstanding order.

DSTV stream app - Was overseas during the rugby, the DSTV stream app would not work. This is why we have the app so when we travel we still need access.

I took in my 3 x Explora 2 units and I got back the Explora 3 which does not have RF out ports. The next day I went back , and they would not give back my old units. My house setup requires the RF output ports. I canceled my premier subscription
Very poor customer support from Me and You mobile. I have an unlimited calls contract. For 4 days I could not make out going calls. After speaking to Noma, she checked my account and reset everything, but still could nt fix the problem. After 4 x days I called again and spoke to Precious. She immediately said they forgot to load your minutes. Their support team is not properly trained .
Terrible service. My voice line has been off for 4 days. Every time you call them they say they have escalated it. BUT THEY DO NOT FIX THE PROBLEM
