It's been almost 3 weeks since i put a mechanical warranty claim and nothing seems to be happening, this week when I'm expecting for insurance to pay out even after sending an invoice and all necessary documentation, I get told that my dealer still needs to be added to their system and it will take another 24hrs for that to be done. What's worse is that I cant even get through their customer service line and none of my emails are answered. This is not worth the trouble and I'll be cancelling my insurance.
Netstar is really the worst, even after cancelling over a year ago with an email that clearly states that my contract with them has ended i still get debited each month, when i finally get through to them I get told that I'm in arrears. I don't know who to speak to anymore about this.
I think Budget should remove themselves from doing any business with the Innovations Group. I cant keep getting sent from pillar to post each time i try to put a claim for my mechanical warranty, its really giving Budget a bad name.
Its been a week now without being able to make calls or receive, i cant even call MTN from my phone because of "No service", been in store to get help but i got told that they were migrating my sim card, another person told me my sim card is old and needs to be changed so its affecting my service, how? I don't know. I call in from a different network and no one knows what the problem is and they have the audacity to still send me my bill for the month. While fixing the problem please cancel my contract!
Great service from Malcolm Poole, so refreshing to speak to someone that loves and clearly knows their job and what customer care is. Very well spoken and patient, looks for ways to make his clients happy. He deserves a raise :)
My Telkom line has been off for 2 weeks now apparently for owing about R2300 while they are taking money from my account every month. When I finally get to speak to someone they are not so helpful even after sending my bank statement to prove payment is up to date I'm still put on hold and they claim that they have escalated the matter but no one is getting back to me on feedback which I don't think takes a whole 2 weeks to sort out. Who do we now speak to with such matters because call centre agents can only do so much and managers never want to take our calls instead we are brushed off or better yet we are told that they are off line and systems are down. It's really infuriating as I still have no answers as to why my number is still blocked.
Very disappointed with Netflorist and their drivers, expect to receive your delivery after days thats if you still alive, and they tell me they don't know how to rectify this, beyond mad!
