I have a personal loan with nedbank that I have been paying monthly for 2 years, all my accounts are with the bank, car , bank account, credit card etc. The month of January was the first time I was unable to not make a payment and when contacting the bank for a payment I was advised via their online options I will get a call back, this was never done and 2 installments were debited form my bank account. I submitted a complaint and done more phone calls and was advised a partial refund will be done, nothing happened and when I called back i was told my request was declined as I made no payment arrangement. The bank treats clients very poorly who are struggling and who has been loyal with their payments arrangements
I am not sure how this company operates. I have been asking for this contract to be canceled for 3 months as the car was sold but I am constantly being pestered with phones and requests to get the account up to date. the last consultant that called was extremely rude and dropped the call in my ear. So happy to switch to Netstar rather than this useless Mickey Mouse operation. I wonder how they recover cars of they cannot get basic Admin right!
I ordered a 3 quarter 2 weeks ago, my account was debited but no response or reply - extremely disappointed that I have to keep following up. and this is not the first time the Randburg branch gave such poor service
It is so unfortunate that I took out a credit card with ABSA as a new client - paid my installment as I needed too and still got listed as being 1 month in arrears with the credit bureaus. the call centre staff is absolutely incompetent - they have no interest in assisting on a call and just drop the calls. i am so appalled by the pathetic service - I will switch back to nedbank
I have been banking with Nedbank for years so I would have assumed there is some type of relationship in place, I had various loans which were all paid long before the contract term and had an overdraft which I also closed up. I applied for a new overdraft facility and needless to say it is a nightmare. it was first set on the wrong account, I had to go into a branch to switch it to my current account and got an approval letter. however the facility was not available. I was then subjected to many emails for more and more requests which were sent and now the bank has simply chosen to ignore the request. Very disappointing - one would then rather switch to a bank with higher fees and then you actually get service. or Maybe Capitec - everyone says that is the way to go now instead of these useless major banks
I bought bed two weeks ago... first only the king came...i had to wait for the base a day... next the double bed came with no supports underneath. I am still waiting for the single set and the mattress protectors. I keep calling randburg branch and just get promises. Truly disappointed

I lost my fiancé due to Covid and Deidre the assessor made sure the claim gets paid speedily after all documents were submitted. I want to thank the team for easing the burden even though the policy was new. I thought this will be a long drawn out process and battle. Thank you
