Im not sure about the other branches but George was exceptional. A friend and I spent over 3 hours there. The setting and staff was wonderful and helpful. We never felt rushed and they were busy. Bonus the foods was delicious. Well spent hours and will definitely do it again.
I bought a Benton Leather Rocker Recliner in November 2023. It has sagged at the back and the bottom of the chair and if you lift the chair the plank has broken. It can no longer sit or recline and I can no longer use it. I emailed customer service on 1 August. I requested that if they have a maintenance crew that could come out and have a look, . I was asked to video the chair after telling them it can not recline so I sent pictures. After numerous emails back and forth I was informed on the 23 August that a repair agent from their supplier will be contacting me shortly. On the 26 August was told that I will be liable for a call out fee. I then called the Customer Service and asked why am I having to pay the call out fee. Long story short I received a call saying that they have reviewed the pictures and its wear and tear and they have quoted me R2 700 for the repair. If a recliner can only last 8 months I'm not sure about the quality that Cielo is selling. Very disappointed as the Customer there was no Customer Service I had to do all the follow ups and then receive this info when no one had the decency to come out and look.
I bought a pair of sandals on line yesterday and the delivery was made today. What more can one say, I wish other companies would be this efficient.
I booked flights for 4 people from CPT - JHB to meet a client on 8 April 2015. Unfortunately 1 of them slipped his disc over the weekend. I contacted Kulula on Tuesday as the Monday was a holiday stating that the person was seeing a Neuro Surgeon in the morning and Im sure he will not be able to make the flight as he could not sit , drive and had difficulty walking. I was then told to wait and see what the Neuro Surgeon had to say. Needless to say after many calls I was told that I could change his ticket for another date. I asked for a refund but that was never accepted only to be told to change the date. I explained that I dont have another date as he is unable to make any decision about travel. Kulula was not interested in helping except for changing his ticket which I had to do that day.. I sent a doctors certificate stating that he was unable to fly but have had no response. The person subsequently had an operation. I think you need to have a death certificate before they refund.
