I got a product that is more than 2 months past the sell by date! As a customer using 60 sixty all the time, I need this to be a trusted service!
We bought a bed at the Key West branch on 2022-06-02. After a couple months the mattress was replaced by the factory due to the mattress sagging. It is 1 year later, again my mattress is sagging excessively, and has become unusable. I have had 4 neck surgeries, and need your urgent assistance. I AM SLEEPING ON THE BACK OF THE MATTRESS AS IT IS MORE COMFORTABLE.

Not once did I have a meeting with my daughter's psychiatrist regarding her diagnoses. Not a single call.
About a month ago I crashed during my surgery. Not ONCE did I receive a call or follow-up from Discovery, offering ANY for m of support! Whether it is telephonic counselling or ANYTHING of the kind. YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LIVES OF YOUR CLIENTS. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. YOU COULD NOT GIVE A F@CK IF I DIED. You disgust me. It is an absolute scandal!
We have been trying for nearly a week to get a simple payment split between two contracts for the same person!!! ME!!! I have been waiting Wednesday last week for the call center manager to get back to me. The first contact center call agent first refused to transfer my call to the manager, but then pretended to go talk to the manager, but then took my details to be called by the manger. Stay away from Woodford! We have been charged with e-tolls and have requested these e-toll statements for 4 months now, and have yet to receive anything back. We have even had a situation where there was no car inspection done, and they tried pinning damages on us, but did not want to provide us with the inspection documentation. They are DODGY!
HOW do I get human assistance!!! Microsoft, especially XBOX support sucks!! I have had 3 purchases that I don't see on any of my accounts, and cannot reach anyone to assist with a subscription! COME ON MICROSOFT!
We have been struggling for nearly a week now to get a simple answer regarding a double deduction, and getting a refund. The staff claims there are no one who can assist, and flatly refuses to escalate the matter, or transfer us to management. We cannot get a simple recon or invoices.
