Bought a table but came damaged, requested return and refund. Refunds takes 14 working days and then up to 7 working days.. over a month for a refund is completely usless.. i want to buy another table but i must be short of the amount paid first? cmon lot of smaller business refunds take no longer than 2-5 days. its compeltly put me off purchasing from amazon south africa ever again to be honest with you regardless the quick and free delievery there is no one to talk to. even their assistant chat is AI automated.
im from cape town and these guys in JHB are my go to for DYI. def recommend them for anyone that wants to try DYI vaping eliquid. Best quality nic for a great value stuff last months if not over a year for me. bought mods and everything delivery is fast even for free delivery its fast (next day shipping i take it might not always be the case) Staff is friendly and supportive via whatsapp or even by call.

Utter useless. First time ordering they confused our order with someone elsese had to drive to PNP plumstead to give back the persons packaging without them asking. We got our order reversed without SHIPPING. you still owe me that shipping fee. Another time was okay then another time they confused our order with someone else again because the "Driver" or Dispatch was confused with the order numbers. NOW we ordered at 4pm and low behold keeps getting delayed i need to feed my kids and its 6pm and so i take a drive to 2 PNP (Plumstead and Constantia) and to find out its coming from Claremont but claremont canceled the order cause they closing. 2 and a half hours to only cancel why from Claremont of all places you know the distance that is no drive prob wanted it cause its far. I WILL NEVER use your service ever again i might as well just avoid PNP as a whole from shopping with you guys for 20+ years you suck the life out of the public with your prices and ****py Smart shopper points a whole year shopping 90% of the time at pnp and only R400 back its a damn joke no wonder Checkers/Shoprite is doing so much better on their FYE than you. going to call the HO when its not public holiday and i will complain waste my petrol and waste my time. PS dont bother calling PNP Asap they will hang up on you as you say hello.
R9 deal bookings. Waited ages for log in from last week no confirmation email to sign into the site. The R9 deals are up and cant even select dates at all Why make a promotions when you cant have a functioning website by the time its fixed its all gone. The fact that your site doesnt work to register and or the Cant select dates why would i want to ever book with you (since you cant)
No response now Month what 6 months 2 months waiting for a a proper response emailed the CEO's team as well they quick to say something like they going to re open the deal but that was last March 22nd... its April 14th now pathetic service after 20 years this is how it gets treated. after this im going to email AGAIN for the millionth time. We had a tarrif increase between all this so i get that the deal cant necessarly be R699 still but then R710 or what ever it is (honestly you increased the data cap ??) During black friday there was a Red VIP Deal for R699 which i upgraded and a day or so later i wanted to take another contract out for another phone for the same deal that i want to use for my business. I am waiting still now 4 months later. Speaking to a Androna Pillay over email now and then ****errally) Cuase i called the call center and everything was set they even asked me to email bank statements etc on the 29th which i did and not heard from till i emailed again in December and this is the coms i last got Feb 8th i emailed for the 5-9th time since Nov 29th Feb 14th i got this response Hi Sir, My apologies, I will have a sales agent call and advise on the best deal we can offer you. The agent will call with 24 hours. So was driving from clients through in newlands today (CPT) and spotted a new place in place of where the original spur was in New lands. Thought id look them up saw their social media's (Instagram) and wow these burgers are huge. So after checking google reviews looks good thought id give it a try and you will not be disappointed at all great prices for what im going to say is a Burger that doesn't fit in my mouth huge. R110 (at the time of writing) Beef or chicken burger which isn't bad for the sheer size . ordered a Hangover Cure you love bacon and egg on a burger that's for you. Kids pops is also a great sized portion. Staff is friendly the manager is awesome and the gentlemen getting the bill for my takeaway even offered if i wanted something to drink no where in takeaway history i got anywhere and someone offered up selling on this was surprised in a good way. Burger tasted amazing was definitely hitting the right spots and i sadly didn't take photos to share next time most definetly. Great fast service. Life saver needed a keyboard for a customers laptop they were well priced.
