I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from Aramex South Africa, specifically from the delivery driver, Frances Tlou Kabe. I was expecting an order, and while he initially called, I missed the call because I was in a meeting – understandable. However, when I called him back to apologize, he told me he was still in the area and would drop off the package soon. An hour later, I called again, and he claimed he was still busy but insisted that I would have to wait because it was my fault for missing his initial call. After some back and forth, I managed to arrange a meet-up at Carnival Mall, just minutes away from my house. I told him I would be there in 3 minutes, but his response was incredibly rude – he stated that if I wasn’t there in exactly 3 minutes, I wouldn’t get my delivery. Upon arriving at the mall, I called him, and he told me he was at Gate 6. He mentioned he would be inside and call me when I arrived to hand over my package. I waited for 30 minutes outside, and when I called again, he said he was on his way. Finally, after all this time, I received my package. This entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and utterly disappointing. I don’t understand why I was treated this way, especially considering how simple the delivery should have been. The license plate number of the driver was LS98WKGP. I hope Aramex takes this feedback seriously and improves their service in the future.
If I could give no stars I would of. Firstly I got a small Toyota Aygo that the engine light came on, can just imagine what would of happened if I did not return it immediately. Signed of the 2nd car which was a Suzuki Switch and then holding me applicable for a chip smaller than a pencil back. So far they are sitting with R3300.00 and send me an invoice amount for another R1200 to repair the chip on the window. I've given them up with my insurance company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, You'll end up paying more
I'm a first time buyer and had no clue what I'm doing first of all. Everything was handled very well and then turned for the worst. I've requested feedback regarding how long my registration will still take, I've had feedback but I have to ask for it, that's not how expect customer service. Now recently I have requested feedback and still nothing. I have waited over 14 Weeks since I signed the papers and still no answer or time frame.
The company I work for build two websites with them last year which I was in control of content. The "technology" is **** poor according to their so called "PRO WEBSITE DESIGNERS" they work on this program called KENESIS. Guys it's a load of bull****, not user friendly and they can never change a theme. They push you to finilise the website even when you are not happy. After that they will charge you more just to get to the conclusion that it can not be done. WE PAID R12 000 for absolutely NOTHING!!! We had to get the website rebuild from another company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
I have applied to open a small business account on the 27th of November 2019. Everything ran smoothly and had to sign papers on the 29th of November 2019 at The Glen Branch which I have done and was impressed how smoothly things have been going. I have done this and supplied all needed documentation to get the process running. I was informed that I would be contacted to come and collect my card within 3 - 5 Working Days. I have emailed Nthabeleng to find out when I can come and collect my card, yet a reply to the email as follow: "I believe the card were destroyed due to non-collection. I will have to order new cards which will take 3 - 5 working days to arrive at the branch.".Send 9th of December 2019. Now my question is, how can it been destroyed in 1 week and I have not received any communication to come and collect?I have never received any communication whatsoever. I have contacted Nedbank 5 times in a period of 3 weeks. I have been promised that my banker which is Nthabeleng Pharoe would get back to me whereby I left several messages to get back to me. Till today which is the 17th of December 2019 I am yet on another call to Nedbank to find out what's happening. I have now been informed that Nthabeleng Pharoe is one leave????? How do you do business like this Nedbank?
