Good Day, Over the past two years, I have encountered multiple instances of unsatisfactory service from your company. These have ranged from unpaid blood and urine test claims to, most recently, a delayed response to my request for a telenurse consultation for my elderly mother. Despite the urgency of the situation, I received a call nearly three hours later, which left us to manage on our own. These ongoing issues have left me questioning my decision to choose your company over other medical insurers, and I am increasingly disappointed with the level of service provided. I have been awaiting a response from your claims department regarding these unpaid claims which has now resulted in us being hounded for payments we can't seem to understand why those claims weren't paid, though I am already anticipating the outcome, they have too date not provided a response to any of the communication submitted. Thus leading me to share my experiences through this review. This would have been avoidable but I guess they wanted to prove me correct. Please feel free to address or use this information as you see fit. At this point, I will be exploring other providers who are committed to delivering fair, timely, and customer-centric service. Just to drag you along with your poor decisions... A collections company charging legal fees, a joke.. This is what your partnered Ssda collection agency is up to... This must be a crime. How can you send several SMSs and enails in a day and increase the amount on every SMS? What sort of collections company is this? I get handed over by an *********** Cell c finance department who did a botched job on a contract I cancelled - tried to bamboozle me out of more money than they were required to take and now they hand me over to snakes who have sent to me over 3 different balances that I need to pay from R582.87 to R705.49 within a week - is this a joke? I was even at a point willing to pay the amount to rid Cell c from my life once and for all but now I won't pay a cent. Continue to increase, even above in duplum...

Good Day, I've submitted an email about a week ago with no response, not even an automatic response mail to The subject of the mail is; Invoice query - Call reference 2303074152136 Case reference number: 3030703319 - cell phone number *061*651*6638* I could paste on the whole mail, but best you locate and read. This post is only because there has been no feedback from you guys as I feel that my query wasn't logged (just a feeling) Below are the details of that consultant who wasn't the least bit helpful - I'm even doubting that the details provided by her below are valid but I'm sure you will validate it. I will only agree to allow the payment of R424.21 to get debited and thereafter you should terminate this homeconecta agreement as of the 1st of April 2023. I would like confirmation of this via email and if this is refused, we can go the legal route and would prefer that I deal with someone from your legal team and no one from customer services. My statements tell a different story in terms of contract agreement, it don't state that it's 24months on my statement, there's no countdown on months remaining on my contract to give indication that there's a duration of this agreement, my initial sales call indicated that this is a month to month contract and I know that your consultant was dishonest with the information she was giving me and also request formal feedback on the last agent who I spoke to, Portia Mukalapa. Hi, So I've placed an order online on the 30th of April and this order Was not delivered to me. When enquired with the restaurant preparing the mail I was advised after contacting them about three times that the driver cancelled and the only way I could get a mail now is to reorder and pay them directly although I paid for my meal via credit and bear in mind that this cost me about R430 in total from only being required to pay R215. Forget the lack of customer service (they apparently have a department) I eventually received an email from a Brogan Peters whom advised that I would receive a call from a customer service agent (this was not my request by the way) on my mail to Pedro's I clearly indicated that I required an immediate refund, I don't care whether the driver was the issue or whatever they have to say, process my refund immediately! I've already furnished the above said Brogan with the relevant information and I was not requested to provide further information regarding this issue. After follow up mail yesterday to Brogan, still no response and shows the lack of customer concern. To close, I have no issue with the food itself but after this experience I doubt that I will support a business that has zero support to their customers.
So Theodorah Molotsi and here colleagues are back at with over promising and delivering and like this review title it appears they are doing this by choice or rather not doing because nothing seems to be done. I understand that your position was created with purpose but If you get a client who creates negative reviews on something that you continuously fail to rectify reflects positively for you? Delusion is what you seem to be experiencing and surely a symptom of mental illness which is serious in our community and country. Anyways, back to the empty promises.. I think I'm ready for your 3rd consecutive lie.
So Theodorah Molotsi, Cell C social media consultant who is as devious as the customer service agents, with her over promise and undelivering service, who just wanted a payment without resolving my issue. Where's this refund you so confidently promised? Within 5 working days you said on the 12th of November. In My previous review I indicated how unscrupulous these people are and this Theodorah lady proved that all those mean things I said are true and I will not withdraw those statements. So who's going to be the next consultant to lie to me?
I called the call center several times regarding the usage and each time they said there's nothing on their system and I shouldn't be concerned (listen to all calls I've made to yourl @cellc and I also have emails as proof because we know how deceitful one can get especially when there's no prooof) I've received several confirmation regarding me being billed for usage on a data card which doesn't even allow me to make calls or send SMSs. Response from cell c? This will credited and you won't be Debited for this amount. I've reached out to the customer service email several times and also attached proof surrounding all my claims and for me to still be billed for something that is shouldn't have been is obvious that cell c doesn't even care about their customers and have a whole lot of incompetent individuals who cannot even decipher simple clear queries. I have disputed the debit order as promised (I mentioned on mail and via telephonic conversion that I will dispute if I'm billed for that amount). I will also be in contact with the ombudsman and I now deem myself not liable for the collective amount that I was Debited for as I even had an issue with this data contract where I was fraudulently placed on a deal amount I didn't agree on and it's all on this contract number 061 651 6638.. Furthermore there were no responses to my last 2 emails which were sent weeks ago. Please Cancel all contracts, I want nothing to do with you as you've brought endless issues over these years. Empty promises, managers forever busy and still awaiting a call for over a month. Dialed 135 and no one seems to be able to assist nor are their managers available.
