<p>My mother bought couch covers from homechoice and paid R4,167 cash at the ATM at FNB Butterworth on the 17 December 2016. When covers were delivered they were too small for the couches and my mum returned them back to them. She has been calling everyday for her money to refunded to her bank acc with no luck for 2 months now. At first she was told that money is not reflecting as credit and when money was reflecting she was told to send proof of payment which she couldn't get. Now they are sending her from pillar to post, she has been dealing with Lee Ann who doesn't even respond to emails and always not available when she calls for follow up. My mother is a pensioner please refund her her money this is day light robbery. She doesn't want you to refund it in a different bank acc where I would say you suspecting fraud, the money has to be paid back to her bank acc, where is she suppose to get proof of payment for something that was paid and received in December already? How was she suppose to know that there will be a problem with the items? This is unacceptable, I will wait for your response if I am not happy I am taking this to Ombudsman.</p>
<p>I ordered goods from Cielo Edenvale on the 18/08/2016 was told they will be delivered at the end of the month. When calling today Yasmeen who was very rude to me said I will only get my goods on the 05/09/2016. This is unacceptable I need my goods asap or I am cancelling the order and I want my money. That woman is very rude she told me something else when I ordered now that they've breached the promise she is very rude and having I dont care attitude. I need my goods delivered asap I cannot tolerate this kind of service.</p>
<p>I was not pleased with the attitude I got from Mokgadi Precious Malaka at Pick n Pay Cosmo City Mall yesterday. I was paying using my smart shoppers points yesterday. After standing for a while I'm like it looks like it takes time when you purchasing with points, she answered by saying "how am I suppose to know that you are you using points?" I told her that the lady who was helping me to transfer the points to the card by the machine told me that they reflect now in the card so I didn't know that you can't pick that up from your side, she started shouting at me until she was the last person to talk. I informed Ntsikelelo who I guess he is a store manager about it. It really hurts to get in the store in a jolly mood and leave the store fuming, that woman should be taken for a workshop on how who to deal with customers he doesn't deserve to be in a front desk. If you continue employing people like Mokgadi you will lose customers believe me.</p>
I am so disappointed with the service that I got from Dr Tumi's surgery today from the woman by the name of Pretty, the woman refused to let me see the Dr because she couldn't confirm funds with the medical aid as the line was engaged. Without explaining to me she allowed person who came after me to consult when asking her why does she do that she said she can't get through to confirm funds therefore I should pay cash if I want to see the Dr with a stinking attitude, looking at me from my feet upwards. I have never been so upset ended up exchanging words and forcing to see the Dr, it's only then she called medical aid and got through and I had to see the Dr after waiting to close to an hour. I asked for her name she refused to give me her name and she said she is Tumi, I told her that I know Dr Tumi she must not lie. If Dr Tumi Madisakwane is continuing employing people like that woman in her front desk she is gonna lose patients, no one would leave other Dr's for pathetic service like the one I got today. I am really so disappointed.
I had an insurance with my miway until 25th March, AF debited my acc on the 25/02/2015 without my authority, l reversed the debit order, on the 26/03/2015 they double debited my acc, l've been calling Lerato who is dealing with my refund with no success, she ignores my calls and she does not care how l feel, when calling lucas who did the whole mess he refers me to Lerato who does not know what customer service is. Can l get somebody who cares from AF to process my refund l need my money asap, l've been changing insurances for long now lve never experienced terrible service like this, l regret changing insurance from miway to AF
I'm from truworths Northgate mall, l was looking for smbody to assist me and l came across Hlengiwe who was on a cellphone, l asked if she can help me, she shouted at me and told me that she was busy on a phone, l told her that there's no one around to assist me she showed me Nyameko who was far from the area that l wanted help from. If you going to employ people like hlengiwe you will lose your customers no one deserves to be shouted at when looking for assistance, l wud never employ a person with such bad attitude even if l were to run a spazza shop, I am so dissapointed with such service in this day and age. When l think of it how many people out there who are desperately looking for jobs whilst people who do not deserve to be employed by any company like hlengiwe are playing with their precious jobs. On the same note l wud like to thank Nyameko for her excellent customer service for even apologizing on behalf of her colleague who didn't care less. I really appreciate her friendlyness.
