Please take care when booking and staying at the Drostdy Hotel. They over charge for rooms and in my case, they charged me for a superior room and provided me with standard rooms. I had two room, which is double the penalty. I did take it up with management and all type of reasons were provided. The room floor was filthy, and the food was bad. The number of devices in the room which comes on during the night cannot provide a peaceful sleep. The breakfast for me and my wife was of such poor quality that it was sent back with one bite. My recommendation is to avoid this establishment, and they are using famous names to promote it, but it is all show.
DSTV are not communicating with their client when DSTV streaming is down. The only feature that works is the payment option. Can DSTV service be this bad that there is no way to communicate with them, WhatsApp, comes back with a message, “we are embarrassed, something went wrong”. We need to be re-imbursed when DSTV service is not available, it is a payment service and it services are not available, payment can not be taken.
The first couch did not last 3 months and was bought at a Coricraft store and it was replaced by Coricraft, 4 months later, but the second couch that we purchased online on the 29/08/2023, one month after the first couch purchase, Customer number WW41985, invoice number WWT027751, Sales Order number WWS030075, has collapsed just like the first couch. We thought popping up the cushions might help, but after contacting Coricraft customer service it seems that popping up cushions as per sales agreement is a lie. Is Coricraft quality that bad and it should not be rated as a better type of furniture. I have logged a compliant to have the second couch replaced, but no reply from Coricraft.
It is very unfair, DSTV stream is not working and there is no error message, calling in is very costly to a call center and one gets cut off while waiting. The problem is that when DSTV stream is down, there is no communications. Now one sits with the problem that one is paid, but no services are received. DSTV call centre are unable to help and that is it from DSTV.
Please do not use any of KETO websites, it is ****. They lure you in and as soon as you provide details, they debit your account and there are no contact numbers. The banks are unable to trace this.
I am very disappointed with my purchase of a new couch from Centurion Coricraft store. The couch was a faulty couch, and this was confirmed by a Coricraft inspector within the 30-day period, but Coricraft in stating that it would be changed, went all silent and are not responding to requests. It seems that Coricraft are not honest, and their 30-day return policy is not honoured. It might be a good idea to rather look somewhere else. As the couch is not usable, I find it better to warn potential customers that Coricraft policy and conditions are not honoured.
Be careful, it seems that the write up on the company can not be correct and you have no proof of delivery of your container. You must pay upfront and not on delivery. Their attitude is insulting. Be careful.
It is with great concern that Discovery has made it impossible to order medicine through their MedExpress. The rules change at will and the goal is that it frustrates their clients so much that they top using MedExpress. Discovery have even removed all MedExpress staff and have no link to log a query. The latest change is that you must follow the new of "We need the original prescription. Please send us your original prescription by registered mail.", but there is no instructions to what address or department the register mail should go. Going through the discovery number of 0860998877, all the agents are clueless on how to handle the query. Getting through to a Discovery manager or supervisor, costs about an hours airtime. This is pure fraud from Discovery as they make it impossible order medicine. My medicine is oncology pain medicine, but Discovery does not care for its clients and is only interested in profit and banking. Shame on you discovery.
It is very disappointing that DSTV are not even brave enough to have a contact tab in ones DSTV profile. In ones DSTV profile all they have is the pay tab. So trying to complain to DSTV cannot be done, so i am using the hellopeter to at least voice my concerns. For starters the last three Sundays, the golf viewing was longer due to a playoff and weather conditions and DSTV did not take that into account and the playoff were missed. Then it seem that the DSTV sport editors take commercial brakes each time a South Africa golfer is viewed. The only reason i can find is that our golf players are white and the sport editors are black. Every Tiger Woods shots are shown. Since DSTV is owned by Naspers and Naspers have to account to the China government (CCP), does this mean that whites are being purposely frustrated. I mean the only reason whites have their DSTV service is for sport and KYKnet and there are no bundles there. No, whites have to pay the premium price. For our other non white South Africa clients, they have a wide range of packages available to them. Then news broke that FOX channel are stopped, is this due to the China CCP getting involved with the anti President Trump narrative. DSTV please let us know what is your viewpoint regarding these matters so that we as paying customers can make our own choices and not keep supporting China CCP and where DSTV are pushing racial discrimination sporting narratives.
Experian South Africa is not informing customers of South Africa who's data have been breached and there is no platform on Experian SA website to request what data was compromised. It is the responsibility of Experian SA to inform all 24 million customers of what data have been breached. If they are not able to do this, then Experian SA should shutdown until they are able to protect South Africa citizens data. Experian SA please provide the procedure on how to request what data was breached. What is the role of the regulator of POPIA in this breach.
