I was at Medirite Sandton, today 4/8/2025, the cashier by the name of Seeraneo till 0001 was assisting me , what a bad service I got from the cashier, she was interested to the customer next to me , laughing, chatting to her , I even said to her please add some pills no response busy chatting to the customer. Even when she tells me the amount to pay..she not even looking at she busy with the lady nextdoor...wow what a bad experience, it's like I was not there taking to even staple the receipt...please take her to school for customer service course.
I would like to thank Tyrese Morley for assisting me with my car ...I had a breakdown this afternoon around 4 and he helped me professionally and thank very much for your hard work I arrived home safely. Thank u once again
I was at Sandton city Kauai date 24 Feb 2024 , shop no 11 ... I was assisted by a rude cashier by the name of 251 Lesiba... Absolutely disgusting behaviour, please teach your cashier's how to serve customers...
I am so disappointed with MTN provider , I phoned on the 26 October 2023 to cancel my contract and MTN said I must call in November after the debit order I then phoned on the 27 November 2023 to cancel my contract and the contract was cancelled same day , MTN they loaded airtime and data on my phone on the 26 apparently it was my billing day but the consultant by the name of Sebabalo Mphethi never explained how the cancellation work , he just cancelled the contract and when my contract got cancelled to prepaid MTN took away the data and airtime and I never used the data and airtime..now MTN is charging me airtime and data that I never used , MTN is taking away my kids money to buy bread , ππππ I reversed the money December and January I will never pay for something I did not use...all because of an unskilled consultant by the name of Sebabalo Mphethi...I am phoned MTN many times...I then phoned on the 5 February 2024 ... Lucky enough they transferred me to account and the consultant from account advised to transfer my call to Sebabalo Mphethi to send email for cancellation of the invoice because it was his fault not to explain the process of cancellation to me.... apparently Sebabalo was off that day ... The consultant by the of Yanga Nqesi answered...and he tried to cover for Sebabalo but he did not win .... He then called the manager by the name of Khanyisa ... Who promised to sort out the issue the following day but still waiting for I am so disappointed again by the manager by the name of KHANYISA , she promised to sort out the issue but still nothing is the second day today.she admitted that Sebabalo did not do his job properly by explaining the cancellation process. I beg u guys for the last time...please sort out the issue and stop missing up my account please I am tried and I was happy my contract is finished and I never missed your payment but now u are doing this to me wow . My number 078 1122 107... Please stop hiring people who don't know their jobs and train them properly. Also disappointed πππ with so called the manager KHANYISA.

I was at We buy cars Germiston yesterday, selling my car great service I got from Wessel and Chad. Thank you...but my problem is I left my husband hart in the car π when I phone today Wessel says , he looked for the π§’ but did not find ... I must drive from where I stay to so then we look for the cap π§’ why don't they look for the cap and phone me to collect it π I was so disappointed with Wessel respond. Whoever who moved the car where it was , he / she knows where is the cap and it's so important to my husband hart. Chad please help me to find it .

They must take back their airtime and data...Ref: 1-**********3 , please teach your agent to be professional and not sound tired on the phone..... This message was send last month on the 27 November and MTN never responded to me but they took away their data and minutes as per my request..and this month again they debited my account again on the 30th of December...please help meππ I am tired of fighting with MTN no one calls me back or respond to my messages. I want my money back because I never used their data and minutes they took it away on the 27 November 2023

I am so disappointed with Mr price Sandton city , I was there to return single tights and the lady at the door did not even explain to me that I won't be able to change the tights, she took the tights to the tills when I get to the till after 20min of waiting then the cashier tell me I am not able to return the tights after 20 min of waiting , then this rude guy Zama interfer in our conservation with bad attitude and rudely pull up the slip to show me the policies and I explain to him yes I know I am not allowed to return panties not tights with his rude attitude he can't help me . Please teach your employees how to treat customers I am trying to explain I never used them but his bad attitude we can't I am customer there but he treat me like ******* please explain to me what must I do with the tights? If I knew I am not allowed to return them I was going to return them the very same day . Please teach your employees the rules of returning items if the lady at the door knew the rules I was not even going to waste my time there.they can even check the cameras what time I waited there the queue was long with 2 cashiers...date 11 August 2023 in the morning . Please advise what must I do with the tights
