I had my second good experience with VPS, professional booking experience, on-time, good with communicating on the whatsapp line and my (clean) can was delivered early (because my flight arrived early) and with only 9 new kilometers from when I dropped it off. I mention the kilometers because my car has been taken for a joy-ride by other valet parking services). Well done!
Seamless experience from enquiring on the whatsapp number to buying and delivery of a recent purchase. Great customer service, communication, prices and quick turn-around. I could not believe that I had my purchase in less that 48 hours from the first enquiry, well done!!
I keep paying the 'last installment' on my Edgars account and then the next month I am in arrears again, In February I did not agree with the amount, went to Edgars Menlyn, was helped by consultants phoning accounts dept on my behalf with promises of a 6 month statement coming my way. NOTHING. In March I paid the exact amount that was owing to avoid being blacklisted although I did not agree. And guess what, by May I owed another R120 (after a zero balance). I paid the R120 and guess what, I am not overdue R298.05 and have been handed over. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to call and none of the 3 numbers I can find on google works. 0118918000, 0860111826 and 0800100101. I an NOT paying again until I get a full breakdown of my account for the past 12 months, they are robbing me and I am getting really furious! Close your account before it is too late, haha, but how????
I have a business account with FNB and have been trying to apply for the COVID 19 loan scheme through my relationship manager since June with short ‘reasons’ why we do not qualify. My small business is picking up but I need the loan to get us across the next few months to survive (as do many other small business which is why the government has made these funds available). Because the answers to my requests from the relationship manager was short and vague, either telephonically, via whatsapp or short blunt e-mails with no options given I have now asked for a new relationship manager and have been waiting for over a month for a reply. FNB, I need to speak to a human, I am desperate and getting very irritated with the service we have been getting. I have considered moving to a different bank but because the banks look at our account status pre lockdown I am unable to. All I want is a new relationship manager that treats my business like a valuable customer and gives me answers and options.
I applied for a payment holiday on my home loan on 4 May via e-mail and followed this up with a telephonic application a few days later. I was told 7 to 10 work days until I receive and answer but got nothing. I then phoned again on 3 June to find out nothing has happened. Ernest helped me to apply again and said that I will be notified per e-mail within 7 - 10 days - but again, it has been more than 10 days with absolutely no feedback. I don't know what to do anymore but I feel like going to a branch and throwing a big tantrum, I am desperate and the next debit order might just bounce. I have been a very loyal Standard Bank client for a long time but this makes me feel like an unappreciated client.
I called Discovery Insure last week to change a few things on my schedule and since it was my policy anniversary also ask for a better rate. I was helped by Bongani Maluleka and have to say I have not experienced such cool service in a long time! Friendly energetic, professional, helpful and just plain wonderful! I felt super appreciated and am now an even more loyal discovery client (and got the discount I wanted) - Thanks Bongani!!
