Beras is running the business like a ****a shop.They close anytime they want . Today Saturday ,their business hours : they close @ 13:00 got there 12:20 , I joined qeue for collection as I odered on line and they decide to cut the line before we got into the shop. Their website says they close doors 15min before closing time. They treat customers like trash ,they have no respect for us their customer!
I have been unable to access banking App on my device . I called several and the cisultanrs do is call avoidance or pass the bug . I reported this on the 11 September and Nadia Ahmed said she is escalating to Risk , she said I will get Sms with Ref number . I have followed up with her via email,no response . Yesterday I called again Brendon said my line is no clear and I insisted I am in a land line , I can't not be clear .He transferred me to Nosipho who muted the phone for 51 minutes. No one wants to assist clients . I am unable to get mandate approval for any new contract\debits

THE fault was initially reported on the 26-03-2015 .I recieved their standard response of 2 days resolution . It seems the reports are going to some dark hole somewhere, no resolution from the 26th February to date . I reported on HelloPeter .This is the content of email received from Telkom on 2014-03-09.<br> .'Please be assured that this matter has been escalated to the relevant department and feedback will follow.<br> Your reference number is 513CRZ260215.\<br> <br> Same message that they responded with on the 6th March.<br> <br> The worst thing is I can't even report it again as there is an existing report on the number.<br> <br> This is utterly disgusting<br> <br> Nthabiseng<br> "
I reported a fault on line on the 26 February 2015 . I received an SMS with Ref number 513CRZ260215 and message saying they will endeavor to resolve the matter in 2 days . It's 8 days today , no attempt has been made to resolve the issue . I have tracked the fault on line , there hasn't been any activity since I logged the call.
