Had the worst lunch yesterday at this Parktown branch. There were 13 adults and 5 kids to celebrate a 40th wedding anniversary. We waited 2 hours for our food. Unacceptable and ridiculous
Shocking experience. My daughter received an sms during July (her birthday month) which she assumed was a discount voucher. After getting the store to call head office and her phoning and sending numerous messages they said it wasnt a voucher but just wishes. This is appaliing. Was totally ripped off by Pauls. The prices on the menu were not what I was charged - they add on Vat at the end. Prices are exorbitant for what you receive. So disappointing and wont patronize them again

The vibe and atmosphere were great and the owner seemed really hands on. Waiter was very good, pleasant and service excellent Food was so disappointing and overpriced and lacking in value. I had a beef schwarma with very little meat or sauce and mainly salad. It was expensive for what I received. Not sure I will be returning unless they jack up the quantities and lower prices
Ordered 2 Cheesy Toasties from Modderfontein branch on Monday 10th August. They were R45 comprising 2 tiny sandwiches, hardly filling and tiny. We were most dissatisfied and still hungry. I emailed Lexi's to complain and despite a nice explanation refused any compensation or damage control. I feel this is unfair as they are not interested in customer service
I got unbelievable service from Nastassja Damon. She went out of her way to accommodate me and fulfilled my request. I am so impressed with her and the service from this company
I booked a hotel on Agoda and was quoted a figure in GBP. When paying today I checked the conversion rate on xe.com for 558 GBP and it was R10,572. They charged me R11.338 a difference of R800. This is so unfair as its not what I budgeted for. I am so upset and will NEVER use them again.
I was overcharged on an item and also my discount voucher was not applied. I know these are small amounts but they add up. I have written numerous times to customer service and no response. How many other items were overcharged that I am not aware of.
