I have multiple cover with OUTsurance and I've never experienced issues with claiming from them. Their consultants are always friendly, helpful and professional. Everytime I want to add another type of insurance, they are my go-to insurer. I recommend them to my friends and family all the time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Our alarm went off and we asked them to respond to the alarm. They never showed up. We requested to cancel after that, and we have been fighting for almost 6 months to get the contract canceled without success. They either ignore our requests or say they will cancel it but never do. We can't even set the alarm from the app every day because the panel is always unresponsive, meaning we have to leave our house unarmed throughout the day. Do yourself a favour and NEVER get a contract with this company.
For the first time I ordered a full chicken (lemon and herb flavour) from Braza in Loch Logan, Bloemfontein. The chicken tasted fantastic. I have ordered lemon and herb chicken before from another well known franchise and it never tasted like lemon and herb. I will definitely go back to Braza again. They have excellent tasting food.
I was supposed to receive an overnight package today, sent from King William's Town yesterday. I waited all day and laye afternoon my mother phoned the King William's Town branch asking them why the package had not yet been delivered to me in Bloemfontein. The gentleman phoned the Bloemfontein branch and the courier told him that they had went to another address because the driver did not read the address correctly. The depot in Bloemfontein was supposed to contact me to arrange what we could do since it was already 16h30 but no one phoned until the gentleman from KWT insisted they phone me. They did and I told them to deliver it at my residence since I was about to leave the office. I waited until 18h00 but no one came. This is the 3rd time PostNet does not deliver on time. Why are we paying ridiculous amounts of money for overnight delivery and then not get it on time? Why do the drivers only read what they want and deliver at wrong addresses? I thought the Post Office had horrible service but clearly PostNet is worse.
My 1st email to RCS was on the 14th of August asking them to close my account. I sent them another email on the 7th of September asking them to please COMMUNICATE with me as to what the hold up is. Then only on the 22nd of September did they respond asking me for documentation to refund me as my account had a credit balance. I sent the docs to them the same day - 22 September - and I am still waiting till now to hear anything from them. I send them another email today (13 November) to ask them why they are not closing the account. Surely it cannot take 3months to close an account without informing me of what is going on. And I have had many other problems with them since opening this account. Horrible customer service.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 about 1-2 years ago. About 6 months of having the phone, the battery became swollen meaning that my phone would switch off and restart at random times and wouldn't switch back on without it being on charge. I bought a new battery for R400 and about a year later the second battery also started swelling. I love my phone and I love Samsung, but its really upsetting that I now have to buy a third battery for the phone and batteries are not cheap at all.
Its the 2nd month now that Capitec wants to take the money for their loan much earlier than what we agreed upon. They tried to take the money today and then sent an sms saying I must deposit the money into my account today so they can take their loan repayment for April. My calender says the 30th of April is end of month when I get my salary.. not the 24th of April. I'm extremely unhappy with this. And its the 2nd month now having problems with this bank.
