There's a Native American proverb about two wolves that live inside us: one is dark, representing all that is bad like anger, envy, greed, and sorrow. The other is white, embodying all that is good like joy, peace, love, hope, and kindness. These two wolves are constantly battling within us. The question is, which one wins? The answer is: the one you feed. I’d all but lost my wolf to the black wolf (those who know, know). I gave my wolf an ultimatum to attend Healing Wings, or have him sectioned, or cut him off financially 100%. The hardest decision I ever made. The best decision I ever made. I have my white wolf back. He’s gonna have to keep feeding that white wolf, nothing good comes easy, but the difference between the wolf I sent into Healing Wings, compared to the wolf that came out, is night and day and black and white. Also, I always thought that these long-term rehabs would cost the same as the 3-week rehabs per month, and therefore this choice was unattainable. It's a lot more obtainable than R60k for 3 weeks. :) It’s not a yoga retreat, no. It’s hard work – spiritually and physically. Chad is an exceptional counsellor, and everyone else on the team is amazing. My wolf ate well, learnt so many skills, came out fit and smiling and fresh. Thank you! Remember Momma Wolves, if you're enabling the wolf, you're half the problem. I wish I'd had the courage to do this years ago, and if you're reading this and needing courage, this is your sign to just do it.
I signed a lease for my son to live in NewGroundsLiving apartment. He stayed there for almost 2 years; when it was time to hand in his notice I was completely ignored. It took several attempts at emails / calls / Whatsapp messages for them to even acknowledge me. And now that it's time for his deposit to be refunded they are ghosting me again. Several emails ignored, whatsapp left on grey ticks, landline just rings. Apart from my frustration, I am pretty sure it is ******* to run an operation with no management. What would happen in an emergency?
*****ulent Subscriptions Ignored by MTN I have repeatedly messaged MTN regarding *****ulent subscriptions charged to my account without my consent. These *****ulent subscriptions include: * Boksquad: R90 per month * YellowDot TV: R150 per month * D Games: R60 per month * Superme: R150 per month This adds up to a staggering R450 per month or R5400 annually,. It is infuriating to see a company like MTN exploit its customers, many of whom are struggling to make ends meet. MTN are actively participating in what feels like theft. I urge other customers to check their bills closely and hold MTN accountable for any unauthorised charges.

Please can I advise you when paying your RCS card to always ensure that EFT payments are reflected in statements. I was badgered by RCS for outstanding money, eventually we went through every payment I'd made in about 8 months and realised there was R7,000 that I had paid in 4 different payments that was not reflecting on their system. Three months of to and fro'ing and send my POPs multiple times, and threatening legal action, it was resolved. Three months when it should have taken 1 hour!!! The interest charged was not refunded accordingly. Although my payments are now up to date, they have frozen my credit because I refused to pay until they had found all my payments. So I have been penalised because they could not do their work properly. My point is, if it's happening to me, it's happening to you too, and I'm quite sure it's done with intent. If you are getting calls that don't seem to make sense PLEASE check what you have paid them. I will be sharing this on Hello Peter and reporting them to the credit bureau.
