I sold my old vehicle and bought a new one. I advised Cartrack and they said they will co.e back to me. After a few days I called again. We scheduled a day to fit a device in the new car. An hour before fitment I was called. I greated heard the gentleman talk to other people and called was ended from their side. I called back no answer. Calling the customer care to hear they canceled my firment due to could not get hold of me. Since then I have continually tried getti g a response. Today Hope assisted me and **** sayi g a teamleader will assisit. This gentleman kept me on hold for 9 min call was ended. I now hold Cartrack responsible for any loss I may have if the vehicle is ****** or damaged.
The company assisted fixing my lapa. Canvas qas taken down. *****s missing. Latches missing. Poles painted only half. Pieces against wall never painted. Wall full of pole paint. Lapa light was not working after renovation. No cleaning was done. When I made comment it was said they are a big company they dont clean. Afterwards they wanted to send a worker to help. I will not recommend them as they have a thousand excuses why things are not done.
PG Glass was the service provider to replace my windscreen. I was told to wait a week and a half. Arrangements were made. On the day the windscreen was supposed to be fitted nobody turned up. PG Glass told my insurance I lied about the time the driver is on his way. Nobody arrived. After calling Outsurance and PG Glass with nobody returning calls as I requested two weeks later I still do not have my windscreen replaced. Drivingn in danger of the windscreen totally cracking through and causing harm.
Outsurance was unable to replace my winscreen replaced after two weeks. I had to do the follow up and was only called back a few times. I advised them to use another service provider but still they carried on with the same PG glass. Once again I was told I have and after two weeks I still have a cracked windscreen and danger that it might crack and break further. No comment on the fact of danger just sorry you have to wait till tomorrow.
I had to do a sim swop due to theft of my Internet stick. More than a month later with more than 5 calls my account is still suspended. Have not had Internet for a month. On the line for 30 minutes today when agent cut me off. Ref # 17016670 was closed without actioning.
