I purchased 3 x hokahalf running tickets. I added a pair of socks assuming it was free but saw that I was charged for it at checkout. I could not reverse the payment. My race pack was collected and I noticed my socks was never given to me. After the race I asked a few people for a merchandise stands or help, nobody cold help. I have emailed Hoa, entry Ninja, sent them messages on Social media and they simply ignore me. Nobody has reached out. They told me to email their info email, yet I sent a few emails and nobody has responded. I just want my refund.
I ORDERED A GIFT FOR MY NIECE WHIXH WAS AVAILABLE ON THE APP. TAKEALOT THEN CANCELLED MT ORDER WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OR OFFERING AN ALTERNATIVE PURCHASE. HAD I KNOWN THEY WERE CANCELLING I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE ENTIRE ORDER SINCE I PURCHASED EVERYTHING ELSE JUST TO GET A FREE DELIVERY. THE VERY SAME DAY THERE WAS STOCK AND YOU INCREASED THE PRICE FROM R130 TO R179. HOW ARE YOU LYING LIKE THIS. IF YOU HAD NO STOCK HOW IT IT POSSIBLE THAT THE PURCHASE WENT THROUGH. YOU LEAVE QUANTITIES AVAILABLE LEFT ON YOUR STOCK THE ORIGINAL PRICE WAS LESS THAN R200 AND YOU SUPPOSEDLY HAD A SALE AND CHARGED R130, NOW THE ITEM IS R250 AND YOU SELLING IT FOR R167. PLEASE LIE SOME MORE TILL I CAN BELIEVE YOU COS THE ITEM WAS R130 YOU PEOPLE THEN DECIDED YOU WANT TO INCREASE THE PRICE AND CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OR ASKING ME IF I WOULD LIKE TO CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE. I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS VIA EMAIL ASKING WHY THE ITEM WAS CANCELLED AND NOBODY BOTHERED TO RESPOND UNTILL I HAD TO PHONE. I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF HOW TAKE ALOT LIES AND TREATS CUSTOMERS. ITS DISGUSTING!

I placed an order 4 less than R200. 1, the removed an item from my cart and decided to credit to the asap app. I called and was told the delivery would be today. On the app it indicates tomorrow, the times changed several times. Noe how the heck can you delivery bread after 9am the next morning when the purpose of the order was to have bread before school starts???? I called back and had to be put on hold for a long time then left a message. Nobody called back yet they stipulate they will call you ASAP. Spoke with Siyanda Ref :100170985 who is a liar since she promised that the delivery would be today. It too ASAP 2 WEEKS TO SORT OUT A QUERY IN MY CONTACT NUMBER. I REQUESTED ASSISTANCE PREVIOUSLY AND THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO ASSIST PROPERLY. I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF MULTIPLE TIMES AND ALL YOU PEOPLE SAY IS YOU SORRY. SORRY DOES NOT HELP WHEN THE COFFEE I WANTED TO BUY A WEEK AGO IS NO LOBGER ON SOECIAL BECAUSE YOUR STAFF CANNOT RESOLVE A QUERY PROPERLY.
PATHETIC SERVICE. THEY COMMITED FRAUD. THEY REMOVED MY ITEM AFTER APPROVAL OF PURCHASE THEN DOUBLED THE PRICE. THEY TOOK 3 WEEKS TO ATTEND TO MY EMAILS I SENT 6. THEY BLAMED THE SUPPKIER FOR THEIR MISTAKE. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THEY HAVE TREATED ME UNFAIRLY. THEIR DIRECTORS DONT CARE THAT THE STAFF IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNCARING. I AM DELETING THE APP, NEVER USING THEM AGAIN AND WILL WAIL TILL AMAZON COMES TO SOUTH AFRICA SO THAT I CAN BE TREATED BETTER.
I placed an order for a UPS and a iron this morning. In my cart I added the products and selected payflex payment. My 1st payment went off after struggling a fee days. I then received an email they don't have stock anymore. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me and Takalot did not take any responsibility for their error all 3 times. I just had to spend more money and it delayed delivery. I went back online and what do I fond the same a product available and in stock on their website. Today I have decided to escalate this to you and hello leter and the CEO of Takealot. I guess it's easier to treat customers like **** then own up to your errors and compensate.
I joined Sanlam reality and realised the "benefits" they were offering was not worth their increase. I then canceled it on 01. June 2022 and today being 18 June 2022 I am not a member when I tried to log in on the app or website. So I paid for an entire month of nothing how disgusting of these people to take money and I don't use the benefits for the rest of the month. Yet they emailed me stating I will be charged another month since it's a 30 day cancelation policy. Absolutely horid service.
I paid my cell C account twice in error on 23.09.2021. On 04.10.2021 I received an email I owe September 2021. On 08.10.2021 I received an sms, I owe R451. 90, in 09.10.2021 I owe R744. 25... Since 07.10.2021 I have sent nearly 80 emails with proof of payments and my bank statement. I drove to your N1 City Store, I called one of the client services numbers which was NOT FREE BTW and wasted all my airtime firstly trying to get my 1 payment allocated and secondly getting the refund for the 2nd payment that was NOT FOR CELL C! The payment was only allocated to the September 2021 invoice 10 days after the contact was made. But after 13 days of trying to get my refund I have not received it, I have not heard from ANYONE in the social media department. It took them 4 days to call me yet I was told with every email sent, every call made cell c has a 24 to 48 hr turnaround time. It's been 312 hours and NOBODY has refunded me. I was offered the month of November 2021 off as compensation for cell c's error but I explained to Mpho (ref 2110110000678558) I WANT MY REFUND. Moses in the same department told me yesterday it is out of his hands and that he will have to escalate it to his manager that was not in the office. I have dealt with Colin Adonis, Mathabo Mashiloane, Lehloloholo Legege, Augusta and many more and received the following ticket numbers : 265070 and 990790 Also received the following call reference numbers 1101500436 1101300607 1101400505 1101400290 1100803641 1100900754 1100900827 1100700994 1101202204 1101202100 1101201799 1101000779 1101101116 1100901070 1101300942 1101300940 1101300938 1101102287 1101300583 A total of 21 reference number, over 80 emails, over 40 calls and nobody can refund me my money? I demand to close this account. I do not want to make use of Cell C's services no longer. And the complaint has been escalated to to OMBUDSMAN as well. Since you people don't have the decency to allocate payments correctly or refund money which does not belong to you, made me spend all my airtime to try and resolve it I am sitting 27 days later and still trying to resolve this complaint.
I made 2 Payne ts in error on 23.09.2021 and Cell C is hasselling me to pay my account. I am in credit but I called 10 times today and they all of a sudden decided not to answer calls at 1pm.i am so sick and tired of dealing with retards cos 1 person said to email proofofpayments@cellc.co.za then when I call back to check that my email was reviewed I am told to use another email address. I can't deal with stupid people man. I had to evoke their rights to do a debit order because of the fact they never don't my debit order on my salary dates. Now that I am doing the eft myself they still can't get it right. I demand my refund to be Don asap I am not waiting 7 days!
I was with car track since Jan 2020 and my 1st Dr order was end Jan 2020. CAR TRACK did not do my debit order even though there was enough funds instead threatened me that I was in breach of my contract and forced me to make a payment. Since I had funds, I made the payment yet they deducted money as well leaving my acc in cr. It took them 3 months to sort their mess out and every other month they would not do my Dr order on the date which I requested. I changed jobs a few times and informed them of my new salary dates but every month they would not do my Dr order on the correct date. I then emailed them several times asking why they constantly undermine my request and NOBODY responded. End August 2021 I received numerous calls and found that once again payment was not deducted. At this point I was not going to make any payments. I was done and requested to cancel the contract. Nobody responded to any of my emails. They kept calling me and I could not answer hence why I used email as a mode of communication. I received an email that the contract had ended and I emailed them to let them know I would make payment monthly till the R207. 00 was paid in full. I decided to make a R200 and received a call asking to make a payment arrangement. Told the lady I paid the account already to check their bank statement. She hung up while I was talking. Last night I found an unauthorized R50 from car track and reversed it because there was no response to my payment arrangement which I requested. I owe them a R7. 90 which they can write off cos if they **** service. If my dentist can write off a R40, so can you!
