We onboarded payflex as one of our payment options.When we initially started our journey with them we asked the question about refunds , payout options.None of the consultants told us about the fee or commission taken from payflex even on a failed or unsuccessful order. We had an encounter where a customer purchased a product and the item was no longer in stock. I logged onto my payflex dashboard and made the refund. The notice said refund successful. Later that day the payout on payflex was made to me with the deductible amount which was almost R1500 less. So they took a commission fee even though the customer didn't order. Surely this is *****ing? How do you take a commission on a reversal of an order ? There should be exceptions.Payflex needs to be flexible on failed or unsuccessful orders.So we made a loss of R1500. We are exploring more valuable and customer centric payment options. We have since lessen our catalog with payflex. Watch out for them. They are sly and *******. The finance consultant responsible still had the audacity to say we not refunding him anything. I've shared my experience with well established merchants who are now reconsidering payflex.
Be careful with this store. Before we purchased we checked the reviews online and they were good. Upon purchasing I noticed they stipulate order from supplier. This means they order from china or wherever the part is. Its been going now 5 weeks, I get no updates. I get no replies. The service is pathetic to put it mildly. I spent almost 13K for a laser part and still it shows it was delivered to a cape town address. I am based in PE , why is it in CT??? Everything looks good online but when you purchase, it is a terrible experience. I have had the same feedback from a few friends that purchased from this store. Please be careful. You will be ****med!

Since I am a big fan of Arduino, I went back to purchase from Unihobbies as I am a regular client, I just find there timing and delivery so much quicker than other suppliers. <br> I purchased the Arduino Experimentation Kit, I emailed unihobbies and spoke to a lady by name of Natalie, I have to thank her for such amazing service, When I got my experimentation kit I also had a free arduino UNO R3, which was a great surprise! Not all businesses do this but I must say with service like this I will be back to purchase more!
