Please please,ombutsman or gov,Tv reporters, please this company is taking R120 from our vulnerable pensioners.they going in these houses when there is no other audult or family members and sign up these pensioner .take Up to r120 from they pension every month for R6000 when they die.What on earth can you do with R6000 for a loved one funeral.....or they dont even pay out a cent ...please help us to stop this kind of abuse.Some Ceo is getting stinking rich with the poors money.Give them at least R10000 or R15000 for a decent funeral
Absa life been taking my money since 2010 for an life insurance and a all money back savings. Now when its time to pay out my 20% cash back.I was told that i have to serender the policy if i want my money What a waste of my 10 years wait .So Absa this is false advetising I have another life policy with Sanlam omw what great service I got from them ask them to send my policy document today and i got it today Absa will make you wait and sweat for your own money they ignore your email it takes them days to get back to you
im having a problem with my wifi since yesterday the 25/04/23 after 10 o clock called Vodacom to report the fault , The agent tried to help me .but in vain..She said she will send the ticket to the technical dept..cause she tried to help and can see that its on the router.and that that dept will call me..I've kept on calling the vodacom help centers for more that 5 time and could not get answers..i need help please vodacom..please send out a technician to come and figure out what is wrong with the rooter please ,i bag of u ..need my litle bit of wifi thats left after loadshedding.please
Wow wow pathetic service after morecthan 15 years paying for content cover.Insured for R71.967 ??? Now we hear about limited cover for our content, so what have we paid for suddenly..i hear you but i font understand what on earth you mean ..me as a client eccept help from you..snd im olny asking you to replace what these crooks took from us..on your special condition it states.All content, including portable electronic equipment are only covered when they inside your house...please help us to recover from this nightmar ..We been messed around since two weeks ago when Zandre took over our claim .We ask for the manager and that was with no avail..regards Mrs Klassen
Why do i get these sms all the time ? No descent communication from your office.So we can close this chapter.I ve been batling to sort this claim with you since March 2021 .You ignoring my plight to conclude this account asap and you are adding monies monthly on a no service act. I have canceled my account with you in march last year.and you have eccept the cancelation .but u continue to add money monthly on my account .I send kaya several emails and no answer from any of your office people or even to return my calls. I've been trying to cancel three policysdue to !!!affordability!!from fnb loans dept since 10 June 2021 send the cession forms nd policy contacts of my policy to fnblifeclaims@fnb,loans @fnb.co.za,smlprdpolicycessions@fnb.co.za ,so I'm not so sure is the cessions email correct please help any one at fnb? I cannot believe that we are getting the most pathetic service from these two vibre provider. Not a week goes pass than we get drop lines or just no wifi...when I call for help or attention to the problem they saying for me it's bad timming no technicians are on duty this weekend..we been without service since Saturday the 17/04 /21 @1:00
Vodacom did it again!!!!!! They system crash on us for a full hour yesterday. at 1;30 to 2;30 my daughter were busy working from home and the university student was writing an exam at 2 . praying or hoping the system will recover on time but it was all in vain?? I than bought a 1G from Vodacom hoping that will save my kids from the embarrassment , but all was not working because your whole Vodacom system was down .That was not professional at all .No phone call or a email to excuse them self's from such a disaster Waiting to hear from you soonest. I ordered 2 wrist /ladies watches in May 2020 ..I'm still waiting for delivery..Wish keeps postponing my delivery and blame it on Covid-10.
Since May 2020 i am trying FnB insurance to help me with lost of income support on my accounts. (not COVID-19 loans but installments repayments by my insurer.)At first the insurance ask me to submit ,a letter or affidavit that i'm not been reeving a full income as i did send all required documents to them than they just gone very quiet on this case and know 2 months of no payments, they harassing me with and an already approved covid -19 death sentenced loan or face death penalty with law- suite. How low can they go ... I am saying if i was not covered with their debt insurances i would have understand , i am paying for this service every month a policy insurance of a R 300 ON A LOAN OF R100.000. .Can they just approved these insurance PAYOUTS so fast as they can approve u a loan...they a real disgrace -inhumane how many people have been caught in this trap
