The Discovery’s Bank is the most efficient bank and friendly helping even if it is in the midnight. I have recently been victim to two online purchases that were double deducted by Combot.org. They are a Us based company with no customer care or billing support. I tried to purchase services and not good. It kept on saying it my transaction was not successful but they deducted the amount twice and it is almost R1200 lost. I eventually decided to buy the service through the Apple App Store as they offer buyer protection. I have not managed to get hold of Combot.org at all. I have logged a ticket with you customer care. Can you please reverse the two transactions as I urgently need the money. My reference number is 14890054. Thank you for your EXCELLENT service. The best bank by far.
They are the most ********* business I have ever dealt with, we paid in full for our entire wedding but had to move it due to Covid. We then gave 6 months in advance notice and they refuse to refund us and it is over R40 000. Tony is VERY arrogant and rude.
I were sequestrated February 2011 and I appreciate that the sequestration had a negative impact on my credit profile. I have however been rehabilitated and my situation has changed substantially from 2011, to the extend that I qualify for private banking. I tried to apply this morning and on my profile the risk was displayed as zero but the FNB system still declined my application due to historic accounts on the system from the time I were sequestrated. What is the purpose of showing good behaviour and getting rehabilitated if you are still not being helped.
On Wednesday morning, the 28th of January 2015 I noticed that my Telkom services are down, I had no service at all, not on my land line nor my ADSL. The router somehow manages to connects to the exchange for about 10 minutes a day but then goes offline again.<br> <br> I logged a fault via the online \My Telkom Services"page. Shortly after logging the fault I received a notification that Telkom will try to resolve the issue within 2 days. It has been 7 days now and I have not received any updates and still no service. Fault number: 604CTK280115<br> <br> I have called Telkom's call centre probably 15 times and held the line for 2 hours (combined duration) until I eventually got through to a consultant"
