I upgraded my DSTV decoder to a explora decoder which was easy - Delivery happened promptly!!! My decoder was delivered on 12 Jan, multichoice INSISTED I use their installers, (as installation was part of the special) which will only be available to do installation on the 21st of Jan - Which I accepted!!! Next thing I know I got a call from multichoice requesting me to pay for the explora service from the delivery date, I explained that we have not used the explora services yet as the decoder is not yet installed, because the installers can only come do installation on the 21st. The person from multichoice told me that I have to pay for the service from the delivery date of the decoder - How on earth does that make any sense??<br> Please can someone explain to me how this works??? I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SERVICES NOT USED!!!<br> I EXPECT A REALLY URGENT RESPONSE TO THIS!!! I have had no happiness since this thing has been delivered.
I went to romans pizza on Friday afternoon to get 2 small pizzas. In the first place, they were not that busy and I had to wait almost an hour for my order to be done, after having to repeat it almost 5 times. In the second place when I asked for a Fanta they were out of stock and apparently they had only coke! In the third place, when I got to eating the pizza the base was raw (Thin base pizza). Now I would love to know how it can possibly take almost an hour to prepare raw thin based pizza???? This is a new restaurant that opened and if this is how it starts I don't even want to know how it will end.
My partner and i went to Wimpy in Centurion mall on Saturday for breakfast. EVERYTHING went wrong!!!<br> When we walked in the door there was a lot of waiters standing the entrance full, laughing and joking and chatting, not even noticing us. I asked for a table for 2 and i was flatly ignored! I just helped myself to a table. Another waiter came running by just dropping 2 menus on the tables and ran off, not asking if we want anything to drink or saying hello or anything. Eventually another waiter came to take our order and we waited about half an hour for a simple coke and cream soda. Needless to say when we waited for the food it took forever! I am terribly dissapointed at the service from Wimpy! What a unorganized bunch! Customer service just does not seem to exist anymore!
I was handed over to Malan, Pauley and partners for an overdue account. I queried the outstanding amount because according to my records it was less than they say it is! MOIRA has a terrible attitude and cant help me at all! I sent her all the proofs of payment to deduct from my outstanding total, and still the statement isnt fixed and still her attitude is terrible! I will be taking her to the ONBUDSMAN in hope that they can fix this!!! This is the most terrible service that i have received in my entire life!! This company is not fit to work anyones financial issues!!! Everytime she talks to me i feel like a criminal!! <br> <br> DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY - NON EXISTING SERVICE
Flight MN 914 18:55 from George airport to OR Tambo international<br> <br> We had a booking to fly with the above mentioned flight on Sunday night (25.01.2015).<br> The flight was delayed until 21:00 and we had to wait at the airport for 3 hours. At 21:00 we were informed that the flight was cancelled, which left us stranded, and wasted 3 hours of our time that we just had to sit there and wait! I went to ticket sales to inform them that we are now stranded and have nowhere to go the lady simply said the weather is out of her hands, well, the weather is out of my hands to? She informed me that they will phone me the next morning with a new flight booking, I requested that they confirm my phone no. because I didn't receive any sms's like the other passengers around me, she told me that's not possible due to the systems being offline! Now we have wasted 3 hours waiting for a delayed flight that got cancelled by the end of the day, we were stranded, having nowhere to go without any money at 21:00 on a Sunday evening, The next morning I phoned about 20 times not getting any answer!!! you would think a known airline can do better? I still didn't get feedback from my complaint to them 2 days ago?
