Excellent customer service. I was kept informed of my deliver from the time i placed the order till it was delivered.
Pick n pay & BP rewards is a ****. The promotion ends in August and there is no stock of cars to collect. When I phoned the call center they said they did not cater for the demand and cannot provide feedback.
Purchased ice cream from the store and it expired in February.
Had too many experiences now where the meat or fruit n veg are off and mouldy.
Terrible shopping experience. I ordered a pair of takkies and received my item in such a Terrible condition.
Worse internet service. Sold me a package and I made payment and then they say they cannot connect as there is a problem with the fibe connection however before I made payment they said it will take 5mins to connect one I pay. They are full of lies and are robbing people
Jo was friendly and efficient. I had a hassle free bond application. Jo made sure all the paperwork was completed and assisted and advised me every step of the way. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
Terrible service and none of my treatments worked due to consultants being inconsistent. I cannot even get a number for head office.
We visited the house and home store on Sunday(18/01/15) and purchased a KIC Fridge. we paid cash and was told they have stock and will deliver on Monday. on Monday I called the store and they said they were busy with stock take and will deliver on Tuesday. Tuesday after lunch we called the store again and was then advised that they do not know when they can deliver so we asked for a refund. i then got numerous call from the store saying that they do not have cash to give us. when i called head office the lady advised that they could get from one of the other stores and refund us and she contacted the store to ask them to do the refund. i then got a call saying i must go and pick up the money from one of their stores in town and i refused as i get to pmb late. when my partner called he spoke to \Deon"who was very rude so my partner said he was going the be in the store by 16:00 to collect the money. they were rude to him in the store and refused to give him the money. when he eventually got to speak to the correct manager"
