Lost my parking ticket. Staff unhelpful and rude, just insisted i pay R90 for lost ticket even though it was a Saturday and we normally pay R10 for the day. Doesn't make logical sense, even asked them to check the cameras as i went in twice to Sandton City on Saturday because my husband had meetings, could even give them the times. Sandton City is robbing their customers and being unfair in the premiums they are charging for lost ticket on a Saturday. People don't loose their parking tickets intentionally, it was in my pocket with my car keys and fell out. Will be shopping at Benmore Centre in future as i cant support an institution that finds it okay to rob people and punish them for mistakes made, will be taking this matter further to Social media platforms. R90 for an hour in Sandton City because of a lost parking ticket and we normally pay R10 for the day being a Saturday, that is robbery and unacceptable. Even the other customers in the line at the pay-point said that it was ridiculous and encouraged this matter should be taken further as they could hear me on the intercom trying to talk to the rude unhelpful staff.
This morning i called Perfect Dealz and asked if they had stock of the black 4 step sauna belt, David said yes, i said he must go and check because even though their website says they have stock, i went to them in Dec 2018, ordered on line and when i went to their store Wynburg they told me they didn't have any stock and i didnt want the same thing to happen. David assured me that they definetely have stock and i told him i wanted 2. I went through to collect the items today and when i got there, once again they said they didnt have stock of the product. It is evident that Perfect Dealz lures the customer to their store by assuring the stock is there and when you get there they try sell you a different product. They have wasted my time on 2 occasions now and my petrol. All they have to say is they are sorry. They are unethical, misleading, they false advertise a product to get you into their store. If i wanted the product they try to sell me when i get there, then i would have gone into the store wanting that product as all their products are advertised on line. I advise everybody not to deal with such a unprofessional, misleading company. This particular product never seems to be in stock but their website always says in stock and so does their staff, until you get there. BEWARE
Blue Flame Graphic Design CC was paid to do work for us but now is ignoring all calls and correspondence from us, they are a behaving unprofessional and like thieves. They have not finished the design for our business cards, our Trademark is incomplete, our letterhead is in completed, they have not done our email signature and haven't completed our corporate identity guideline, yet they have been paid for all the items listed above. Don't use their services and inform all your colleagues not to use them, The are a company that takes money but does not do the work they promise to do. I was reversing out of a company driveway, was enough time for me to reverse, Miway client was looking at her phone on her lap and didn't see me, therefore hitting into the back of my vehicle, all the other vehicles behind her slowed down as they all saw me reversing. Miway refuses to pay the claim, they say it doesn't matter if their client was on her phone and not looking at the road, I was reversing and therefore I was wrong. I even had a witness as to what happened, Miway didn't even contact him. It is obvious that Miway supports breaking the law that they protect their client from an accident whereas her being on the phone caused the accident, they refuse to pay anything.
We paid in full for 2 Airconditioners to be installed in our offices, it took them 3 days to do the installation, 1 of the Aircons don't work as it does not cool the office, they say we now need a bigger Aircon even though they sent out somebody from their offices to give us a quote before we gave the go ahead. We are now sitting with a aircon that doesn't cool the office, we are using a fan and we have paid them in full. They continuously give us the run around, I am basically begging and threatening them to sort out the aircon, this has been going on for 5 days so far with empty promises from their side. When I send them emails, they hardly ever respond, I am the one sending emails to them and phoning them. I would recommend that you don't deal with this Company otherwise you are going to be a very dissatisfied customer. If they are behaving like this with the installation, how will they behave when it comes to servicing the aircons.
