I was recently assisted on my policy by one of OUTsurance's Client Care advisors and felt I had to give the lady credit for her exceptional service, friendliness and clear verbal communication. Sometimes the call centres are so noisy and I can't hear the advisor clearly, but yesterday was not one of those days. We also had to do a call back, and the lady was right on time. Thank you for your good service!
Be aware that this company. I used the "skecherssouthafricastores.co.za" website. Only after I made my payment, and got my payment received email from a Mia (mia@vipeuservices.com), I though to check for reviews on Hello Peter. I still hoped I would get my sneakers. But when I checked today, the website was closed down and Mia's email address does not exist anymore. You will never get the goods you have ordered. They claimed that they have delivered my sneakers, but I never received it. When I tried to reach out to Mia, I realised her email does no longer exist. DO NOT BUY FROM A SKECHERS SOUT AFRICAN WEBSITE.
Pathetic ... that is what the MTN Billing Department is ... pathetic. After 6 weeks I still didn't get the statements I requested. After 6 weeks, what do they send me, a link to download the previous 3 months of statements but I requested statements from 2014. (Over the 6 weeks I had to log 4 calls for this because every time the previous call is closed without delivering what I asked for) I give up. PATHETIC. And the reply you get from MTN on HelloPeter.com is just a copy and paste. They are not interested in assisting their customers.
I logged a call with the MTN call centre on the 11/02/2016 (ref.: 143392791) for the 2014 financial years statements due to a SARS audit. Call was logged correctly, your billing department sent the wrong years statements. When I phoned back to tell the call centre I was told they can see I received the incorrect statements but unfortunately the call was closed and I have to log another call (ref.: REQ6250525) and it will take 2 - 7 working days. It is now 14 working days and NOTHING YET RECEIVED FROM YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT. I phone the call centre every other day, I'm being told they are escalating the call to a senior at the billing department and still NOTHING! I am not allowed to talk directly to a manager at the billing department and the call centre can't do anything else except escalating the call (which is anyway being ignored). Is there anybody at MTN which can assist me?
I bought a pair of Ray Ban's for my husband as a birthday gift on the 30/11/2014 at Sunglass Hut 3048 - Cradlestone Mall - Krugersdorp. We were sold on the after sale service. One of the \buttons"keeping the glass in position came lose in January 2015. I went back to the store in Cradlestone Mall and they said there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME and suggested I log a call with [Email Removed] with a promise that the glasses will be picked up from me and returned within 5 days. WHAT A FOOL I WAS TO BELIEVE ANYTHING TOLD BY THE ASSISTANCE WORKING IN THE STORE. I emailed [Email Removed] Got a response from Buhle Noruka on 23/01/2015. I replied with all the requested documentation on 26/01/2015. Not hearing back I sent another email on 30/01/2015. On 03/02/2015 I phoned for a progress update and spoke to Sisa Vuntu. Sisa told me Buhle left the company but he can see they did receive the Forms and Proof of Purchase. He will arrange for collection. The same day a lady from Cape Town phoned me to arrange collection for 04/02/2015. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE COURIER after phoning and emailing again and no one coming back to me."""
