Bs warened these guys are ****mers, they installed my borehole with a larger and new setup claimkng my current lump was too small, only asked for a service becuase the supply was intermittend, I paid R25K and they onstalled it, they did not show me hownit worked a d took all the documentatkon with them ***urinf rerurnkng busines, bkrehole started giving issues so I called and nezt moment they come up with a solution I nesd to PVC sleeve my hole for ankther R20K upon onspection of their work I noticed they removed the digital controller and fitted another cheap capasitor and starter to tbe pump without consulting me, they kept on warning me that the pump will suck mud and burn out if I jse it this way, that is because they removed the digital controller and now ******ing more money from me, be warned not to use these guys and report them they are clever *****s and never leave them alone on your property
Hyunday customer service is great, just a little work to get to the right people that really cares! I was helped by two very customer caring people at Hyundai, and it will be very unfair to leave my first review open, my issue on the new Tucson roof lining was addressed and fixed. I am now a happy Hyundai customer, Max arranged and imported a new roof lining for my Tucson and Elisabeth informed when it arrived, the Hyundai dealership contacted me and installed my new roof-lining and it looks amazing! Bought a new car, Hyundai Tucson, in the first month we noticed holes in the roof behind the mirror, on the first service we showed this to the Hyundai service manager, we walked to another NEW car of the same model and it too had the same holes in the roof, it looks like the premium model have features that is not in the base model mirror, then they keep on using the same roof lining to save costs hoping customers will not notice. It looks terrible because all the cars have the same roof lining, as a customer I would not have wanted to buy a new vehicle with holes in the roof, the car feels like it is not finished properly. This was the response after we lodged a complaint : Good day Mr Le Roux HASA (Hyundai South Africa) communicated with HMC (Hyundai Motor Company in Korea) regarding roof lining. HMC has advised this is the design for all vehicles, we cannot replace the roof lining under warranty. This is a design feature that is not easily noticeable, but once you see it it cannot be unseen, I feel cheated by Hyundai South Africa and would not recommend this car to anyone, go have a careful look at the new models and the roof lining behind the mirror in the center of the car.
In December I bought a fridge attached to a Buy and Get promotion, they gave me R6000 to buy something at their online store, I must say this to me were the reason for buying the fridge... When I went onto the online store the item I was looking for were not available to purchase, Samsung told me to wait stock is coming in the new year, so I did just that. When the stock finally arrived, I tried to use my voucher, at first it did not work, so I phoned and emailed Samsung, the promotions team did not even bother to come back to me, I phoned twice a day for the last week and a half to get a response and even demanded to speak to the manager in charge, I got the response he is in a meeting or not in the office, needless to say he did not try to phone me back. Eventually when I phoned again, one of the technicians pointed me to another site URL where my coupon worked, so it applied the discount at last. Now I wanted to pay the difference, they accept credit and debit card, tried both and it kept on failing, phone Samsung again, then the told me hold on and try in a hours time, did this repeatedly with no luck. I phoned my back and they never received any online instruction from Samsung. Of course Samsung pointed out that the problem is with my bank... Wrote a mail again, the Samsung team gave me this answer : Good day Thank you for contacting Samsung Promotions. Kindly note that your query has been received and feedback will be communicated soon. Kind regards, Samsung Promotions Team So I did not get a response, this morning I tried to make payment again, the item was removed by Samsung from my cart, and now it say there is no stock of the item, they will let me know when it arrives. This is not fishy at all, all I can say is that I wish I did not buy this Samsung item on their buy and get promotion, I think it is false advertising and they do not have stock of the item I am looking for. This and their absolute poor service to customers is shocking, I am done phoning and emailing SAMSUNG, they are just ignoring their customers and the issues they create for themselves. Best steer clear of any of their promotions and false advertising. I will not leave this issue and plan to take Samsung to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud and suggest everyone fed up with their poor service and empty promises to do the same..

On an internet search for a low milage demo vehicle, I found a vehicle I really wanted that suits my needs and my pocket. I called the dealership which confirmed the vehicle is available and it is on the floor Trailblazer 2014 model 2.8 LTZ 4x4 Auto . Hence I made arrangements to immediatly come for a test drive and do an application. All went well and I liked the vehicle so much I immediatly after the test drive confirmed my intrest and did the application. First thing the next morning I have sent my full application and supporting documents to the sales representative. No feedback came until I phoned them to inquire, needless to say the ehicle has been sold to another dealership and then they tried to sell another vehiicle to me. I believe this to be a tactic of false advertising to pull in customers and then sell another vehicle to them which is similar but where they can make more money. I am verry frustrated in the way they deal with customers and the fact that this happene to me twice now at a Williams Hunt dealership make me think this is a deliberate act . With this I hope to warn other would be customers of their dirty tactics.
