Lies to attract
Half a star rating. I ordered mid-december and their claim is that they deliver after 3 days, after 4 days, I follow up, "Bella" advises that it's actually 7-10 days, I say I will be leaving the province and need to change the address, all of a sudden it has been shipped, after 11 days it's supposedly being delivered in another province, what a bunch of nonsense, do better and stop lying to customers

Scammers threatening with debt collectors
They make it impossible for you to cancel and delete your account and charge you ridiculous fees for wanting to cancel, the customer service agent is rude and condescending, telling me they canceling out of good will as if I paid with their money.. What a waste of time, money and effort

Pathetic Service
I have been emailing Queen Lotion (Jessica V) since November for my paid order. and they responded once that my emails go to spam and that they lost the package and will resend, I am still waiting and they are quiet!!!

Scam artists
Can you give a minus star, ordered, paid and received message that product is out for delivery, then there is a delay with product quality so expect delivery in 2 business weeks, it's been a month now, no communication, website doesn't work, keen to see if there is anyone at the address given ?

Horrible Customer Service and Response Time
There should be a minus star option, I requested assistance 3 weeks ago and still nothing, I cancelled a sim and it took more than 2 weeks for that to be processed, Nteseng saying there was a backlog. My account was then deducted for the same canceled sim which I did not use, I have then queried this, Phefo requested the bank info that was deducted 2 weeks ago and to date I have still not received a why or what is the reason and when I will be refunded???
