I wish there was a option for ZERO stars as this company deserves none. My wife has been harassed by this company receiving calls between 3- 8 calls per day everyday for a arrangement which was made and agreed to 3 weeks ago. The call agents are rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional. it would appear as the saying goes- "A fish rots from the head"
Great Service and Support! Guys came around 16/12/2021 to install my fibre- it is unheard of of a installation team pitching on a Public Holiday. Fibre was "clogged" twice in my period with them, support was excellent- quick and efficient response by the likes of Jonathan and i am confident that the rest of his colleagues would react the same.

Pathetic, no one replies to emails, call centre number is USELESS! I just want a statement.. PATHETIC

There is also too little space here to note everything I had an issue with..<br> <br> In a nutshell.. Due to better offers in a very competitive market I had decided to cancel my Miway insurance policy. Mmatsacsi was very efficient in explaining that keeping ,my profile active I will still maintain a profile with Miway which will result, sould I deicde to return to Miway in the future I could have savings on activations fees etc on the policy. That to me is a ethical way of doing business, even though I have taken away my cover, I still was treated fairly.
I submitted an application for a new account in order for me to start building a credit profile. Edcon group seemed to be the most logical choice. On applying for the new account I made is very clear that my joining date with my new employer was ahead of the date of the application submitted. I instructed the consultant that Edcon can only verify my employment after the 2nd of Feb 2015 as this was my starting date with my new employer. I made it very clear that my employer only work Mon- Fri. (I applied on a Friday). Saturday morning I got 3 calls informing me my employment could not be verified- AGAIN I informed them to call on the Monday. Sunday morning- yet another call- After a sense of humour failure, the calls stopped. Monday morning- again they could not confirm employment- heaven alone knows why. I returned to the store and asked for my application to be resubmitted. Yet again they could not confirm employment- this after I had given all details of HR. <br> <br> Today I again return to the store to find out what the problem is- only to be told that my application was rejected due to non confirmation of employment and that I could only apply in 6months time!! <br> <br> I WANT MY ACCOUNT!!!!
