Bitterly disappointed! <br> Ordered all my Children's Christmas presents on Takealot on the 25th November (enough time before Christmas - you'd think so?)<br> <br> Still awaiting delivery of the presents. Was supposed to send them down to Cape Town with a family member who was driving down, to avoid packing them in bags for our flight, but have now missed their trip, so massive inconvenience.<br> Now, nearly two weeks later we are still waiting for the gifts, with our flight in less than a week - stressed out!<br> Customer Service is non-existent - will not change our delivery address, (to have them sent down to Cape Town for us) and have stopped responding to me emails, so no idea whether it's a stock issue, courier problem, etc.<br> <br> BITTERLY disappointed - highly unlikely to use them again, or recommend.<br> <br>

After raising it with Chantelle (Customer Care Coordinator) via Facebook, she responded to our complaint immediately, and was both effective & helpful.<br> <br> Her follow-up was exceptional, and her positive attitude commendable.<br> What was an ugly situation with a difficult service provider was made all the better by Chantelle's positive attitude.<br> Truly a star in the Megamaster brand. Thank you!
Very disappointing...<br> <br> Johan installed our gas system & new gas stove at the end of May 2015.<br> <br> They did a great job - the piping laid was impeccably neat.<br> Very disappointing then, that since making payment we have not received any response to our numerous correspondence requesting our Certificate of Compliance.<br> This is imperative , as it guarantees the safety of the instillation, and the property cannot be insured or sold until we have this document.<br> We have sent no less than 7 emails since, with not even a response, in nearly 1.5 months.<br> <br> Be wary - this certificate is a legal requirement of gas installation, and a consumer is putting themselves, family & home at extreme risk with a company which may not be complaint, as they advertise.
I am a long-standing Customer of A&G-I pay premiums religiously, & have made very few claims in my 5yrs. When insuring my iPhone5 (2 yrs ago) the value was est. at +-R10k. Evry yr A&G have hiked the value (thus my premiums) to insure this depreciating(!)asset,resulting in me paying toward a \value"of more than R12k. When I called today I was told the value is now R6k - thus I have been paying for 2 Phones. I said I want the cash instead -thus the value of a device which is commensurate with the handset I have I have been contributing toward. I was told this isnt possible.
