They picked up the parcel on 28 July. it is not 14 August and I haven't received my parcel..Everyday they say it will be delivered that day. They even **** and say they tried getting hold of me, which is lies. Ref: DBP48125826556

I have cancelled rain Wi-Fi network service effective 31 May 2022 and Rain confirmed cancellation. The service stopes on 31 May 2022. On 2 June 2022 my bank account was debited with R479.00. Can Rain please refund me.
South African Post Office is useless. Bought a package from overseas, delivered in South Africa on 12 September 2018. Arrived at Germiston Hub and scanned in on 10 November 2018. I have been sending e-mail and calling with an answer. Today is 18 December 2018, still not response. Tracking number RI ********** 40ZA. I emailed- 'Patrick Nekhubvi' ********** ********** and ********** Always read my e-mails but do not bother to respond. I have been tracking it since I was told it past customs. It arrived at the GERMISTON (HUB) on the 13th and it was cleared on the same day for delivery. Now it is the 18th and and when I track the package it says it is STILL cleared and heading for delivery. When I call the call center (0860 000 977) they tell me to call ********** /75. When I finally get hold of that number they tell me to call ********** /7/8/9/10 or ********** . I tried today for over 5 hours to get through and not once was it answered. I got a automated voice saying \high call volume and please wait". This repeated 4 times then the line just cuts. I contacted the GERMISTON (HUB) directly and they could not help me because their computers are running slow... Gave my number to the guy on dispatch and he has not called me back to give me any information or even a call to let me know he is still looking into the matter. WHO THE HELL CAN ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND HELP ME?!?!?

Good day I dropped my car with RenewIt Edenvale on Wednesday 1 November. I was advised on 2 November that my car needs to be worked on for a day or two. I was provide a courtesy car to use in the meantime. Today is 7 November 2017 and haven’t received any feedback on my car. I called Renew it on Monday 6th Nov as well as today. I left several messages for Daniel to come back to me since no one could assist me. Every time I call I am told he is in a meeting and they promise that he will call me back. Can someone please tell me what is happening with my. The quality of service received from Renewit is unacceptable.
I sent several e-mails to Hollard requesting that they amend my banking details and debit new bank account. I am aware that they do read my e-mails, because I receive read message but they do not come back to me. I now receive sms's that my funeral cover will be cancelled if I do not pay. I even asked them to forward me their banking details where I can deposit the money. I haven't received any response.
I was involved in an accident on 15 February 2017. My insurance ( Alexander Forbes) advised that it get towed to the nearest service provider appointed by them, which was Renew-It Edenvale. My car took more than two months to fix and I was advised that I have a life time warranty on repairs and that they remain at my service long after the repair has been completed. Two months after my car was fixed, I started having problems with the right light (accident side) and the towing flap fell. I phoned Renew It in and spoke to Sharon, I advised Sharon about the towing flap because at the time I thought the lights need to be replaced by Mercedes Benz. Sharon advised me to bring the car in. I took my car to Mercedes Benz Bedfordview, when my car was due for a service and asked them to also replace the light. Mercedes Benz advised me that the light is fine but the wiring is faulty. They asked me if my car was involved in an accident because the wiring was not done properly when the car was repaired and therefore, they suggested that I take the car back to Renew It. Mercedes Benz also indicated that if the towing flap was replaced properly during the repairs, it should not fall by itself because when you open the flap, it must just hag out. I took my car to Renew It and I spoke to Brogil ( not sure about the name but something like that). She told me that there is nothing they can do because they do not handle the electrical issues but only fix the body, maybe the writing was damaged by something, which has nothing to do with the accident and she said maybe someone opened the flap intentionally and stole it. She said I must bring the car back the following week, they will just access it but do not promise that they can fix it since it is over 130 days since the car was repaired. I am surprised that now she says 130 days is a long time but their repair certificate says I have a lifetime warranty and Mercedes Benz has also stated that the wiring issue in the lights is due the repairs done due to the accident. The car is three years old and never had a problem with the towing flap or the light until I was involved in an accident. I need this issue to be escalated and dealt with ASAP because I get stopped all the time by the traffic cops due to the light that is not working.
