They always go out of their way of put the customer first, which is more than I can say for most corporates out there. Every time I've reached out to platinum life, I've been more than satisfied with the outcome. Thank you

Checkers Sixty60 - it's all about the money not the service
Pathetic customer service. Have been using them since lockdown, and always thought they were the best for home delivery. But in recent weeks and months it's just become beyond pathetic. Orders are incorrect, or very late, items missing, items damaged, alternative option gives you 3 seconds to choose then locks you out before you can. Last straw is today's order. Chocolate ice cream arrives half melted because the drive got lost. Then when I take it out to give my kids I find it's partially open at one of the clips. When I take off the lid I find it's only half way in the 2L tub. Looks like half eaten tub that's been sitting in someone's freezer for months. What the hell am I supposed to do with this?

Great Guys, Great Service!
I recently had the pleasure of buying a car at Rothman's Auto. Ron and Cobus were both great. Their professionalism, expertise and friendly service turned what was becoming a nightmare exercise, into a joyful one. 24 hours after viewing the vehicle and taking it for a test drive, we took ownership. We needed a car fast and other dealers just couldn't deliver the way they did. Thank you Ron and Cobus. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the market for a car.

Threats from SABC for Teljoy TV license that was never cancelled
I rented a TV at Teljoy in 1997, cancelling in 1998 and returning the TV. I have not owned a TV license, or purchased a TV since then. The ONE TV we do have in our home was purchased by my husband, using HIS TV license. Since 2010 I've received threatening emails and smses from various collections agencies working for SABC demanding payment of a TV license I cancelled. I have sent affidavits, emails, spend so much money on phone calls, etc, but nothing. Different people every time. Just when I relax and think it's finally been settled, surprise they're back. The latest demand is R9000+. Eight years later and I'm still battling with them. What more must one do?
