Your iStore Centurion is absolutely useless. Elizabeth M the most rude sales representative that i came across. I went to Vodacom directly, and they agreed that iStore is lying to me. According to the manager apparently “worked there for 10 years and its procedure”
I have a 100mb with them, it had no problem.... then, I saw that for an extra R50 I can upgrade from a 100mb to a 250mb.... and this is where everything went downhill. The first thing that happened is that they invoiced me (its as if the money is the first thing in their head). Then, my line went from a 100mb to a max of 70mb. Every time I call them, I need to do work on their behalf by plugging in stuff and testing stuff. this is a major inconvenience. They are blaming metro Fiber....BUT the problem only occurred when I asked for an UPGRADE, but I got a DOWNGRADE for more money. I will NOT be paying the extra money until the service that I went to, actually come's into effect
Do not use Fedhealth Medical Aid....Especially if you had an accident. I cut my finger very very badly and went to the emergency room. The doctor said that this is can be a limb threatening injury. I had X-rays done to make sure the bone is in good condition.... In my mind I thought "this is an emergency, surely my medical aid will cover this" oh boy, what a wrong thought. So, here is the entire things that was claimed, and how much was paid (also, I am on I am on the Flexi Fed 2): The Doctor: Fedhealth paid 0%, its now up to me to cover this bill The X-ray: Fedhealth paid about 68%, its now up to me to cover the rest The Emergency Room (which is part of their network): Fedhealth paid 0%, its now up to me to cover this bill. According to Fedhealth, its some "authorisation" that needed to be done within 48 hours..... WHO THINKS OF STUFF LIKE THIS IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION??? Anyway- So the doctor now needs to send some codes in (ICD-10 codes or something), which they did, and still... Fedhealth refuse to pay. I filled in a survey in which they kindly ask you to fill out which I explained the above situation and I requested a call back. A kind lady called back and she (after not really listening to what I am saying) eventually hanged the phone up in my ear. So - My message to Fedhealth. I DO NOT WANT A CALL BACK with some sloppy excuse why you don't want to pay my emergency visit. As you guys find the smallest loopholes to not pay.....but you guys take my money with a smile at the end of the month..... ps. that will change soon as I am looking for a new medical aid.
Very Bad Customer Experience. They are very happy and friendly up until they get your cash. If there is a problem with your wendy, don't bother contacting them as they just don't care
Company Does not Exist. Very dodgy people. Scammer. You can go look them up on Google Maps and see for yourself that they don't exist
Axxess hosting was so far good, up until recently. I am trying to work on my site and my public IP is blocked every 5 min! I spoke to their support to try and whitelist my IP address....so I have repeated this process about 5 times and now, I have asked them if they actually whitelisted this IP...their response to me was "Have you gotten a confirmation that the IP was whitelisted"? I said no, and his exact words to me was "you see...NOONE, So it is not whitelisted" According to them, its my responsibility to make sure that they read and reply my emails... I have also checked their Facebook...It turns out that they delete their Community posts.... well thats dodge isn't it?
Packetloss of 20-50%. Ive called them a few times. Nothing is happening. Im currently paying R560 for a 6Mb line, i have done a Speedtest now and I get a full 1.8 Mb. I have opened a ticket but it has been closes for some reason! Nice going Axxess. Will be canceling soon
I have opened a credit card eith them to close my Standerdbank Credit card. So they said that I am qualified for a bundle option because I have a platinum card and I agreed. When the card eventually arrived, it was a gold Credit card and I was not paying the bundle option. So I have lodged multiple complaints (Reference ********** ) and it turns out that I am not qualified for the bundle option in the first place. Anyway, so then I looked and I was sudenly 322 in debt with them, because of 2 things: 1. The STANDARD card fees applied and not the bundle option 2. Card delivery fee (and I picked it up at a branch, no one told me there is a DELIVERY FEE FOR PICKING UP IN A BRANCH) Needless to say, they called me and told me that All my fees are going to be reversed and they will close the account.... so they DID NOT reverse the amount, rather, the amount came of my MAIN account to cover for their mistake. I will NEVER get anything from FNB again
Well I wanted to leave Mweb because of Throttling. I am paying for a 10MB line but I currently have a 1MB because of throttling. I think this is unfair because my average usage on the line is 210 GB in a 30 day rolling period (and the throttling threshold is 250GB). The Facebook guy wanted to offer me a bigger package becuase of this ONCE Off exceeding the limmit.....???? Why do I want a bigger package If my average is 210GB? But Anyway.... I decided I am going to leave Mweb. The lightning struck our area and I called Mweb regarding this issue. They then told me that they wil report it to telkom and that takes 7 days. 10 days later, still nothing. I also asked them clearly \PLEASE COME ON A SATERDAY BECAUSE I AM NOT HOME DURING THE WEEK'... They Telkom guy called me on Wednesday telling me that he is infront of the gate..... So nevertheless
